I Give 10 points for everything
Location of this hotel was excellent! A 15/20 minute walk into the old part of Palma. It was worth paying a bit extra to have a sea view room as the balcony faced right over the marina-it was perfect for sitting in the evenings looking out at the cruise ships! Room was very comfortable. We were a bit disappointed with the choice at breakfast as often several of the hot dishes were almost empty-I think a conference group were staying while we were there so maybe a bit busier than usual. We did eat in the hotel restaurant one evening and this was very good.
We were a bit disappointed that the poolside bar didn't cater for snack type lunches (baguettes, sandwiches, toasties etc) , as you don't always want a full meal at lunchtime.
Comfy beds. Value for money upgrade
Too much saving of sun loungers. Needs monitoring
Location was good as right next to the Marina so had great views and within a 20 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants. There was a pub just down the road from the hotel with live music every night which was great. There was also a supermarket less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel which is a lot cheaper than using the mini markets. The hotel staff were friendly and there were plenty of sun beds around the pool. I also thought the bed was very comfy. Our balcony was very spacious too. I was also pleased that there was an iron and ironing board in our room which was in a good condition.
Due to the hotel being on a main road it was a bit noisy. However, after the first few nights we got used to it. Cleaners did come in to our room everyday to provide fresh towels etc, however we never got the carpet hoovered during our stay. I think that the room should have a quick hoover every few days during the stay. Would have been better if there was a slightly bigger fridge in the room.
The iconic yet functional Palma Bellver Hotel with a prime location on the seafront promenade in Palma and panoramic views of the marina, Palma Bay and the beautiful Cathedral. The fantastic location in the heart of the city, personalised service and excellent facilities make it the ideal choice for your trip to Majorca. You can also organise events in any one of the 8 meeting rooms with space for up to 350 people. The hotel is also very near attractions such as Palma Cathedral, the Es Baluard Museum of Contemporary Art and the historic Bellver Castle. The hotel also helps you discover the city by day and by night thanks to a location in the heart of the marina and only a few minutes’ walk from the main nightspots, restaurants and boutiques.
