Cons (-) Who ever owns this needs to paint paint paint. Fix the doors! And lighting on the outside so guest feel safe at night!
Pros (+) I really like the location of the hotel, it's right by the beach. You're just 50 feet away from the beach.
Cons (-) The rooms need a little work. I spent all day at the beach, I only went back to the hotel to sleep so I don't really have much to say besides they need to be redone.

Cons (-) There were problems with the water while we were there and therefore there was no hot water for showers, also no housekeeping daily- no clean linens which was disappointing. Staff wasn’t very helpful with the situation, saying there was nothing they could do or give to comp or fix situation.

Cons (-) 1st carpet dirty, beds dirty, when we got their. The bottom of door has a 2 '' gap , paid for 6 days beds were never made. The sheets changed, shower didn't work properly. The free breakfast is a joke could even sit has 3 small tables .just can't believe we paid over a 100 a night to be on the beach. Thank you for the experience

Pros (+) We liked the location ito was close to beach beautiful gulf veiws. We liked we was able to bring our small dog. But with a fee of 75 bucks. : ( We liked the complimentary breakfast and enjoyed the staff in the mornings very friendly.
Cons (-) We was supposed to check in at 4 pm but they didn't have our room ready till almost 7 pm. Rooms need to be redone updated. Kitchen hardly had any utensils for cooking so bring your own. No paper towels. Parking was hard to get even with a pass the sharkys shared the parking.
