Pros (+) After my initial stay and review, I was contacted almost instantly by a member of the hotel staff who worked hard to address my complaints and I decided to give them another chance the following week and the service was much improved. It's lovely to see that and I will defiently stay here again although I thought I wouldn't. It's a great hotel that's close to the airport and the breakfast is lovel...

First he said he couldn't find my reservation then when he finally found it he said it wasn't prepaid which it was and I had the receipt.
