Pros (+) The beach front property was very nice. Beautiful beach with lots of shaded beach to stay on and relax. The resort itself is very beautiful and has an incredible tropical beauty to it. Well maintained grounds
Cons (-) The staff never did check on the room. There was no house keeping done during our whole stay. I had to keep getting my own clean towels. We asked for shuttle service on the morning of check out, and that morning there was no one to be found, we had to find a worker slerring on a bench to make calls to find out where our shuttle service was. Dissatisfied with that part .
