Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, proximity to metro stations, and nearby amenities such as shops and restaurants. However, there were widespread complaints about poor cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms, high noise levels, lack of elevators, and maintenance issues such as broken fixtures and inadequate soundproofing. While a few found the price reasonable and staff friendly, the overall experience was negatively affected by hygiene and comfort issues.
