This is a small quaint hotel. Loved the location. Loved the library. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The bath tub was hard to get into, and there was no proper shower. And there was construction going on at the time. But that was not the hotel's fault.

This was our fifth stay at the Britannique. It's an excellent, yet quiet location near the Chatelet/Les Halles station makes it convenient to Metro, RER services. We loved the minibar.
Upper floors have low water pressure in the shower/bath.

Great location, good room
Returned to our room, man on reception was checking someone out and there was another person and ourselves waiting, he was waiting just to drop off his key and we just wanted to get our key to our room and we just had to stand there and wait for the whole process of checking out before being acknowledged before we could get the key for our room. Would have been better if he just said key? And we could have got it or same for the guy waiting to drop off his key.
