Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to metro stations, tourist attractions, and local eateries. The service and staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, contributing to a positive atmosphere. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with many guests noting clean rooms and daily housekeeping. Some reviews mentioned neutral or mixed experiences with bed comfort and amenities, such as the lack of in-room kettles or fridges, but these did not overshadow the overall positive impressions. A few guests reported noise issues and occasional maintenance or renovation inconveniences, but most found the hotel to offer good value and a pleasant stay.
