Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, excellent location near Canal St Martin and major train stations, and the quality of the breakfast. Many found the rooms clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities like free bottled water and treats. However, several guests noted the lack of an elevator as a drawback, especially for those with heavy luggage or families. Some mentioned issues with noise, bed comfort, and room wear, but overall, the positive experiences with service, location, and breakfast stood out.
