Pros (+) We had room 702, which was on the top floor of the hotel and had a small shared balcony. The room was tiny which is typical for Paris, but clean, with a fresh new bathroom and a very comfortable bed. There was a mini fridge and good air conditioning. Our room rate included a continental breakfast, which was served in the basement. Conveniently located a short walk to Gare du Nord and Gare du l'Est
Cons (-) Maybe not the best neighbourhood, but there are restaurants and we never felt that it was unsafe when we were out for dinner in he evening. There are homeless people near the railway stations
