Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to major transport hubs and city attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests reporting unclean rooms and bathrooms. Comfort, especially regarding beds and bathroom facilities, also receives criticism, with mentions of uncomfortable beds and small or poorly maintained bathrooms. Despite these issues, the value for price and central location are often seen as redeeming qualities.AI-generated from customer reviews
