Everything, genuinely. We have stayed in hotels in the 9th, 1st and 2nd, so we tried a different quartier for this visit and it was perfect. The location, just off the Champs-Élysées is tremendous. It’s on a quiet street, so there’s no indication of being so close to such a busy street. Easy access to the Seine, Arc de Triomphe and everything else. Upon arrival the lady on the front desk welcomed us warmly, but also took the time to personally escort us to our room on the 4th floor. All staff members were warm and welcoming. The spa and pool are extraordinarily relaxing - we visited 3 times in 3 days. The room was so comfortable and spacious. The room service was quick and tasty and there was no outside noise during the night. Just a fantastic hotel. I’d encourage anyone to pick this hotel! We chose to spend my girlfriend’s birthday here and will certainly be back.
The only minor complaint was the WiFi wasn’t consistent, but that’s it.
