The resort fee to pay for a self-parking in a parking lot riddled with potholes and an internet service that didn't always work was insulting. Pros (+) We loved the room, the beds being so comfortable, the pool and game room, the cookies at check-in, the staff being so kind, the size of the room, and the cleanliness!
Cons (-) There didn't seem to be a way to contact the front desk. When I tried to do so to get the WiFi log in information the woman I spoke to asked if there was any way I could just walk to the front desk and get that information. It would have been easier had there been WiFi information in the room, or a clear way to contact the front desk rather than calling "guest services".

Pros (+) I was attending Sundance and was terrified as I am older and have a prosthetic leg. Ice and Snow are not my friend. I was greeted and treated like royalty. The staff offered to walk with me to and from the room so I had a stable shoulder, they gave me extra waters for the altitude, and generally were there to make sure my stay was peaceful. They even approved a very late checkout on the final day ...
Cons (-) Only thing was the heating in the room had not been reconnected to the wall thermostat. Once they showed me how to control it manually it was just a nuisance and they comp'd me a full breakfast to make up for it.

Pros (+) Shumba at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. All the staff was responsive to my needs and very professional. I was so impressed with the new renovations. I had stayed there 2 years ago and it was run down and dated. Now, it looks like a brand new hotel. It was excellent value for the money.
Cons (-) The only negative was my ice tongs in my room were covered in something gross and very dirty. I alerted the front desk and they were super responsive, apologetic and made it right.
