Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for exploring Pasadena and its proximity to public transport and restaurants. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and some appreciated the clean rooms and comfortable beds. However, ongoing renovations were a frequent complaint, leading to noise disturbances and limited amenities such as no pool or breakfast. Cleanliness and service were mixed, with some negative experiences regarding room conditions and staff interactions. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value for its location, but improvements are needed during the renovation period.
