Chic and well equipped hotel suitable for babies
The hotel not only provided a crib, but also left a professional note indicating that the crib and linens have been sanitized for our baby, which made us feel welcome and provider peace of mind. The room also included an armchair with an attached side table and ottoman that resembled a nursing glider, which made for easy and comfortable feedings. Not sure if we were given that chair because they knew we had a baby or if all rooms come with it. The decour was chic and the furniture and appliances seem new. Bath products are by Bath and Body Works, which wouldn't ordinarily be exciting, but was unexpected and was a nice touch for a three star hotel. The hotel breakfast was decent/good and standard checkout is at noon, which is later than usual and appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great value and service!
Super dog friendly!!
I loved their cookies, the huge rooms with comfortable beds, the indoor swimming pool, the variety of breakfast and the staff. There was also a customer appreciation hour where complimentary beer and snacks were served. Everything was great I will return.
The only issue we had was that the housekeeping cleaned our rooms well before the posted 12pm checkout. When we returned from the winery in the morning before check out time, our rooms were cleaned and some things were thrown away. Our keys still were working because it was 11am. We had to hunt down the housekeeping lady to get my daughters belongings. We had three rooms so it was hard to identify if anything important was missing but in the future I know to put up the sign or something for them to keep out until check out time.
Great stay! Lots of freebies
Breakfast was free and pretty good! they even had complimentary wine, beer, cookies and pastries!
My room was really damp when the AC was on. So we didn't run it. But room was still comfortable temp
We enjoyed the clean, spider-free smoking area outside of building 2. We were upgraded to a suite and The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a fridge and microwave.
Can't think of any complaints.
Rooms & bathrooms were very clean and updated with newer fixtures, TV, microwave & fridge. Upscale atmosphere in lobby and rooms. Hot breakfast was good, as well as an attentive service staff. Easy & fast checkout in the morning. It's location is close to the freeway, but very quiet from street noise.
Nothing I didn't like.
