Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access local attractions, markets, and entertainment. However, many reviews mention issues with noise from the street and within the hotel, leading to disturbed sleep for some. Service quality is frequently criticized, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff and communication problems. Cleanliness and bed comfort receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting deficiencies. Overall, the location is the standout positive, but improvements in service, noise insulation, and cleanliness are needed.
