Pros: Staffs working there are so kind and very helpful!
Cons: Shuttle bus service to Ubud center and the other way around was great but wish there were more time options! For example Late coming back to the hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the place is perfect. Rainforest kind of picture going on, welcomed with special warm lemongrass ginger tea. Dont forget the high tea. Resort offers bunch of activities so be sure to spend a day or two at the hotel. Great resort, definitely want to revisit padma resort. The hotel arranged for our taxi to the airport which came with pillows and also packed our breakfast and teas. Much appreciated.
Cons: Everything was perfect but about 2 hours drive from the airport.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: That there where so many activities to do.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are big, tidy and clean. The food at the hotel is absolutely amazing and great quality. Pool is heated which is great. The spa was so good, that i was going each day. They give you ginger tea before, and after massage you go to a relaxation room where you get another type of tea, fruits etc. The view from the massage room is directly to the nature. The hotel has an animal garden and a tree garden- amazing, as well as yoga and bamboo forest
Cons: I found the hotel a bit overpriced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome view from the room, also from the swimming pool. Staff was excellent, always very nice behavior. The experience was overall great. This hotel is until now the BEST we ever visited. We recommend this hotel to everyone who wants the perfect service and maximum relax experience.
Cons: There is nothing to say. The hotel, the staff, the pool, the view, the food, EVERYTHING is simply GREAT.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great though we expected a larger infinity pool.
Cons: We missed motorbike rental for in the hotel - it’s an excellent starting point with free roads but you have to rent in much more busy Ubud and return there. Otherwise, everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool and balinese massage I like most of all
Cons: Pool is very cool and the view is great, but its not comfortable to cross the dining area after swimming in pool

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have spent only a short time in the resort but wished for more! It is a splendid place, with an out of this world surroundings. The property is really big, but you can always get an electrical buggy to move around between your room, the restaurant, the gym, the spa, the pool and so on. The views are amazing and the gardens are outstanding! The staff is also great, helpful, and accommodating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is served a la carte with a very plentyfull choise, and it is most deliscius and served with extreme care. The restaurant has the best closeby rainforrest view with mount Agung in the rear. The infinity pools are a must do experience. The princess suite rooms are luxury with large furnished private terrasse with faboulos rainforrest views. All in all we felt like being in a unreal place in the world like paradise.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Stunning and peaceful grounds with amazing views
Cons: Lacking a bar area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This resort was absolute paradise, everything about it was perfect . With beautiful views from the majority of the resort. Staff were so polite and attentive to every need, the resort was spotless, the food was amazing, my daughter and I enjoyed every minute !
Cons: Nothing to dislike
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast with very beutigul view, very green hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: My daughter is vegan and there were very limited options for this - otherwise the stay was good.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful resort in a beautiful part of the world. The accommodation was comfortable and good value for money. The staff are exceptional. They are attentive, friendly and get it just right. The food was very good in the restaurant. The spa treatment was relaxing and good value for money.
Cons: The resort is feeling a tiny bit tired - our room was very comfortable but could use a little updating. Still very much worth a visit though. The location is not near to anything, so you have to eat at the hotel - or use a taxi from Ubud (the last complimentary return shuttle is before dinner time).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast you have to order in stead of a buffet. More relaxed. The room was spaciest and well furnished. For dinner there is enough choice. Scenery from the restaurant is fantastic.
Cons: In our opinion everything was top
Nandini Jungle Resort & Spa Bali - Payangan - Building

Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free valet parking is available onsite.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Check in went smoothly. Cute welcome drink. Info shared by staff was nice and sufficient. Bedroom was the one expected as per booking. Quite big and clean. Dinner was very good quality and very tasty (might be overpriced...) Breakfast choice was very nice....even tho small "fire" under the dishes.....we found the food a bit cold. The swimming pool is beautiful....if you can reach it !
Cons: THE STAIRS....absolutely not appropriate for people with knees or ankles problems. The access to the swimming pool (and some villas) is terrible. Not the fault of the hotel, as it is built on a hill but your description should inform people about that. It's better too much info than not enough. The cracks on the walls of the bedroom should be either repaired or at least hidden....this is not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: The prices and the taxes
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful resort and view.
Cons: Restaurant was very expensive and very little food.
8.3 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nandini Jungle Resort is a magical place for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and find a place where they can relax and let go of all their worries, surrounded by the beauty of nature and being served by a wonderful staff!! The rooms are beautiful, the staff are all wonderful and friendly people. You will enjoy everything in the resort, from the beautiful rooms to the unbelievable river side spa to simply walking around or using the gondola to go down. Everything is such a treat:)
Cons: As it is in a rain forest there can be some insects but honestly we did not face much problems. We had an excellent time in Nandini!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I liked the resort in general but in special the rooms, the spa and the swimming pool. The local dancers presentation is really good and brings community, hotel and tourists together.
Cons: The river was not accessible which was a shame and the bathroom privacy was compromised since some other guests could see us while in the bathroom and toilet. In addition the hotel could provide more transfers to the city centre specially at night (currently there are only 3 possibilities)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a fantastic place. Monkeys running in the trees just outside your villa. Everything you need will be solved by the outstanding straff! Worth every penny! Swedish owner of the hotel.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything :D
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way. They are extremely systematic and make sure our agenda flows perfectly. The location is just unbeatable. Although it is a bit far from Ubud (40 Minutes Drive) the location in the middle of the jungle is just something else!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Healthy food in a beautiful, quiet setting. Had my meditation awakening there!
Cons: The morning yoga is a bit crowded and repetitive, I think more yoga options could be added during the day. Targeted food diets could also be offered. Chalets are not as good as the regular rooms.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location, food, and the friendly staff
Cons: The new rooms are not villas, they are Wooden bungalows on top of each other. Noisy and cold at night. Internet access is also too poor for a hotel of that category.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was very beautiful and the yoga and meditation were great
Cons: The prices at the restaurant and only 1 small bottle of water each per day
7.9 Good
Pros: Great houses and location. Very calm and peaceful. A lot of nice activities free of charge. Staff well trained and friendly. Very good, healthy food.
Cons: A little bit expensive for what it proposes. They could include more into the price: we had to pay for ginger tea at the pool because we arrived 30 min before the "happy hour". Considering the price, some indulgence would have been appreciated. The activities are good but very repetitive after 2 days. Nature walk can be done once for example. For the trek to Mount Batur, it was good but the guide was ok and not at the hotel's level. We also experienced a lot of humidity in the room. We had the feeling the sheets and the towels were wet all the time. The smell of humidity in the room kept us from sleeping in the first night. They should counter that for the price. Service was really good, but sometimes we had to wait 45 min a bottle of water. They promised laundry within 1 day but it took two days and it was humid when it came back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quality and attention to detail - without doubt highly attentive and excellent staff...
Cons: Generally very impressed...

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Even though when I got in I got sick but the owner was so kind and considerate to me. She made me feel at home and she offered help and answer to any question. I wanted to stay more but there was no availability!
Cons: Homemade food!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our experience in this place exceeded in many ways our expectations. It's not a hotel, it's not a bed and breakfast, it's like staying at a friend's Villa right in the middle of Bali. A very luxurious, comfortable, clean Villa where, as your friend, Mariah, the owner, is waiting for you to talk and prepare breakfast and dinner at home, exceptional food that we could not find anywhere else in Bali. Mariah is an intelligent, acculturated woman who knows about several cultures. She makes this place so special and the provided food is varied, delicious and abundant. In addition to her company and attention, this place is the perfect place for a couple to relax, think, read, write and be inspired. It's exactly like in the pictures, or even better. If you do not carry many suitcases, we recommend you travel with a motor scooter, so from there you will easily reach the Volcano, Tegalalang, Ubud, or explore other small towns around. Although Villa Wastra can organize a shuttle service if you do not want to rent the scooter. It is a place in the jungle to enjoy the peace of the nature, and feel inspired. The only thing we regret was staying there only 4 nights. This will undoubtedly be the place where we will return on our next trip to Bali.
Cons: Nothing at all.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Mrs. Maria was such a lovely host! She has been very helpful and super humble to greet and helping me with the things I need. The property itself was an absolute mind-blowing! stunning view and such a perfect serenity if you are seeking for it. Definitely recommended!
Cons: Perhaps a shuttle service would be great, since it is located out of the center area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First time I came here, but you feel like visiting your friend’s place. Just one night stayed there, from arriving time, and have a dinner together, it was just awesome! Thank you so much Mariah, I also try to come back to Bali and come back to your place. View from the Villa, and quietness, very spacious room, all I liked.
Cons: Remote area, especially with heavy rain, but you will be come into completely another world. If you come from crowded beach or centre of Ubud, it’s really worth! Not any negative point!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I cannot recommend Villa Wastra highly enough. It was by far the most beautiful accommodation we stayed at anywhere in Indonesia. Set in the jungle on the side of a valley with breath taking views. The hostess Mariah went above and beyond what anyone would expect to help us. She is so knowledgeable about all things Indonesian and Bali and helped us immensely with transport and sightseeing advice. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the evening meals were amazing. The wifi was great as well. It's secluded and super relaxing. When we go back to Bali Villa Wastra will be the only place we will stay. We loved it and want to thank Mariah for letting us enjoy her wonderful Villa.
Cons: It was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Owner of the hotel is really nice and wants to help you with nearly everything. from renting a cab to tell where the best hiking trails are. If you are staying in this small hotel you really feel to be a part of a new family for a few days. It is realy wonderfull.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing views, perfect for jungle walks. Maria and the staff are so warm and caring, it felt like coming home. Best beds ever!!! We had amazing home cooked dinners together. Love!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I very much enjoyed staying there, Maria was hospitable, food was excellent, and the view from the room is breathtaking .

Cons: Nothing
6.0 Good
Cons: my initial booking is for 4 nights and faces challenges in staying more because of the strange sound of creatures at night time which makes me unable to sleep during my vacation. The hotel charges me for 4 nights while I stayed 3 nights. they should charge me on actual and not planed. the cancelation fee should be applicable in case of no show.

Also a big thank You for The staff working on Nyepi, they did more than their best to make our stay perfect! When we return, we Will stay here again for sure!

Pros: Perfect localization. The room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool and restaurants only short distance from hotelrooms. But above all excellent service and very friendly staff. I would recommend Alaya Resort to everybody. If we go back to Baly this is our stay.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were lovely and friendly. The food was very nice and the hotel was stunning and very clean. Considering it is in the centre of Ubud the hotel was very peaceful and tranquil. Would definitely stay there again!
Cons: I felt the food in the restaurant was slightly overpriced but was always very nice. The main thing though is that the complimentary water (and the water sold in the restaurant) are very small bottles. We went during Feb and in that heat it just isn't enough mineral water.

Pros: Extremely clean and friendly staff
Cons: Toilet smelt

Pros: -Friendly staff -Comfortable bed

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room
Cons: Need more menu variety
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice design, big and sptious room, great pool and dining area and very helpful and friendly staff! We also got a room with easy access to the pool so it was perfect!
Cons: The toilet was quite smelly because there is no window inside.
6.3 Good
Pros: I like the design, it‘s kind of basic, but trying to be fancy. Comfortable though. Good looking pool area. There is a really nice cafe right next door with very nice food and coffee.
Cons: The ‘afternoon tea’ was pretty much non-existent. I had to ask for it and in the end we got a coffee, no biscuits or cakes or any of the fancy bits in the picture. It’s a pretty long way from the main town, in a quiet area. Had to get three grab cars to and from there (even though they aren’t supposed to operate around there..) two of them got lost trying to find it. The staff had a real problem with looking after our bags whilst we went to the gili islands for a few days, I don’t know why it was such a problem as there is clearly plenty of room there, and we paid to stay there. They could’ve done better..
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff, nice pool area, clean beds and room.
Cons: Shower was average.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's located in very quiet area. It takes about 10 min by car from the main ubud city. The rice terrace view from the balcony was beautiful. I liked the outdoor swimming pool. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and modern. We extended our stay with 4 more nights!! I would love to come back later on
Cons: If you hire scooters, this hotel is perfect location. It takes only 10min from main ubud city However, my girlfriend and I didn't hire scooter as we didn't have international driver license so it was very hard to get grab cars as the grab cars are not allowed to come to this area. Sometimes, we took a cab but it was much more expensive than grab cars. The room is a bit small but we didn't have any problem. Sometimes, ants came in our room from the balcony No hair dryer, no coffee port ( when I needed hot water, I asked the staff about it and I got the hot water easily from them) Even if I wrote down something here, for the price, absolutely worth it!!!
7.0 Good
Pros: Design is cool, modern style. Location is amazing if you don’t mind driving a bike. Surrounded by rice fields and very nice restaurants and coffee shops.
Cons: The rooms are very ... very! small even for me the lone traveler. The room was on the 1st floor with windows facing the pool, so when I opened my curtains everybody was staring into my room. It was very unpleasant. Because I like the sun light and I can’t be in a dark room all the time during the day. Also I could hear every sound from the corridor or from people walking the stairs. I wouldn’t come back here. I think for this price I could find a better option.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staf was very friendly and accomodating.
Cons: The shower between the sink and the toilet! The balcony doors did not lock. It was noisy with construction next door everyday including Sunday. It was advertised in their website that we would get tea and snacks daily. The staff said we only get it once a stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love how beautiful the resort was. Every inch of it was beautiful. I loved the infinity pool on the roof of the Plumeria restaurant. I spent many afternoons tanning there, it felt private and secluded.
Cons: The location of the resort is a bit remote. It's far from anything and you can't travel cheaply around from the resort. Many of the things on site are very expensive for Bali. A massage is 6 times more expensive at the resort than if you walk a few minutes down the street to a local masseuse.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Myself and my partner just left Seminyak/Kuta area and we’re in need of a wind down with lots of relaxation. This was the perfect place to be. Amazing hotel with fabulous facilities. While we were here we both got the couple hot stone massage which was out of this world. After trekking through many of the attractions around Ubud this massage is just what was needed . Overall too marks, and if I return to Ubud again, this is exactly where i will be staying
10.0 Excellent
Pros: resort was beautifully decorated.
Cons: to far out of town. restaurant meals were average. laundry service expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff overall was very friendly and helpful
7.9 Good
Pros: Property location and the staff are excellent
Cons: The morning breakfast selection is limited, the restaurant charges are very high for the standard of food and drink they have And the drainage is poor
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The employees are very lovely, smiling and helpful at this hotel. I enjoyed my trip there thanks to them.
Cons: We asked to for another room as the first room did not have any window. How is this possible ? The WiFi is very bad and should definitely be improved. The quality is simply not acceptable. Some improvements are also recommended with regards to the food. The prices at the hotel restaurant are too high for the quality especially if you compare with what you have in Ubud center real restaurants. The General manager needs to take some action to improve the overall quality because the venue is beautiful and the staff amazing.

Cons: Got body massage done in the resort, felt prices were bit expensive and massage could have been a bit better.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The beauty and size of the premises was excellent. The people were always helpful.
Cons: Cost of food was a bit of a detraction from the experience. This forced us to go to town for meals. Also free shuttles to the center were not frequent enough.

Cons: Nothing, all amazing. There could be another big communal pool though.

Pros: I loved everything about my stay in Visesa. The rooms were very comfortable and set within stunning grounds. The staff were fantastic and could not do enough to make to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities were also to a very high standard and thoroughly enjoyed my treatment at the spa. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.
Cons: There was nothing I could fault with this hotel and have already recommended it to my family and friends.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It is clean and staff is nice
Cons: Location is just way far from anything at all. It is nit worth staying.
7.9 Good
Pros: Beautiful, peaceful and it had a delicious breakfast
Cons: Staff don’t respond to requests - we asked for cups and plates to the room - the request was ignored. Our internet wasn’t working, they promised to fix it in 10mins, they never returned. Disappointed with the service - it’s not value for money. Telephone wasn’t working & the cellphone they give you is slow and practically useless. If you have no patience, don’t go here.

Cons: No complains.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon after some friends who had stayed here as well recommended it. There are no words to describe how happy we were—and still are—that we listened to them. We stayed at a private villa that includes a terrace, pool, and “living area”. It seemed expensive at first but it was well beyond worth it. the service was out of this world to the point where, when we left, the general manager of the hotel introduced herself in Spanish and asked us about our stay, staying with the farewell committee of the staff. So: yes it is expensive but you definitely get more than what you pay for in experience, service, and quality.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved this Hotel, specially Mr Agung, our Buttler. He was very proactive and highly professional work to make our stay in Ritz Carlton Reserve in Ubud UNFORGETABLE. We travel all around the world, and so far this Hotel remarks for the Best of all time, respecting the conservation of the natural resources, environment and the unique culture of Ubud. We would like to emphasize that Ritz Carlton Reserve Mandapa pay attention to every small detail and offers a very high luxury, excellence and superb Service! We really appreciate all but we specially highlight to Agung efforts last minute Tour arragements, getting us reservation for the fabulous Concoon Dinner and Call for urgent Doctor's appointment
Cons: Um Santuário perfeito, nada de menos bom apontar

Pros: Amazing yoga terrace with daily classes from a very professional teacher. Beautiful nature and convenient location. Truly welcoming and helpful staff. Vegan options on the menu. Very fresh food. Really good quality massage. Well equipped gym. Convenient location away from the main noisy part of Ubud but less than a 5 min drive.
Cons: The water in our private villa pool was too cold. But we didn't even bother complaining because everything else was wonderful.

Pros: Wonderful pool villa with view on the rainforest valley
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything starting with the staff, the facilities, the villa. Everyone is so friendly and thoughtful. The facilities are fantastic including the gorgeous pool, the spa, the afternoon yoga. Highly recommend it! The yoga instructor Boodi was particularly fantastic, I went to three of his classes during my stay and loved each one, lovely experience. Also the spa staff was great, really enjoyed the experience.

Pros: Whole hotel is amazing, very nice location
Cons: It has a feeling that hotel is not new, build more than 10 years ago ;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had 2 villas with and adjoining gate in between. The view was spectacular over the jungle with a little infinity plunge pool. Breakfast was amazing and so was their Italian restaurant.
Cons: It was little too far outside Ubud, with traffic it could take 30mins.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel made a lot of efforts to make our honeymoon stay memorable. We really loved the stay, the property was beautiful and the staff was most courteous to make our stay very comfortable, will definitely recommend, and would like to visit again
Cons: Loved everything at Como Uma. More than satisfied
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Uma is set close to town, but in a very green, lush location. The property is expansive and with only 40 rooms, it feels very private. The staff as lovely and upgraded us for my birthday. The cocktails were a standout but all the food was great. I highly recommend the spa.
Cons: They do push their activities on you, but we did a bike tour through them and it was excellent.

Pros: +Room is definitely a 5* with ambience, decoration, amenities, safety, balcony! This hotel seems to be very safe (in terms of ability to close doors or not seeing any animals or leftovers after the animals in the room :) +value for money for the stay +pool and sundeck area is nice +hotel is in the jungle, therefore at nigh you can enjoy all possible meditation sounds of nature +I would stay again, but food possibilities and coffee needs to be seriously stepped up for a 5* hotel (you need a good coffee, vegetarian menu, vibe that suggests a good dinner in restaurant) +staff
Cons: -Cappuccino was a disappointment, and no vegetarian options for breakfast. -I checked in ~1am, after 20+ hour flight, the receptionist tried so hard to manage everything at exact moment(disregarding my inability to capture the information)...that he simply annoyed me and check-in took forever. -Staff is very helpful and trying to help by all possible means, but with guests, that are lacking manners (i.e bringing their own, very loud RnB music and playing it all evening by the pool despite the fact that they are not the only ones in the hotel(my room was just by the pool) they are unable to manage properly as per 5*. From one side guests lacking manners is not a problem of a hotel, from another...they are. -if you are staying in the room (not villa) there is no "cool bar or lobby" to have a glass of wine or simply chill out enjoying the view, those areas are a bit lonely and needs some adjustments, so if you want to hang out in evening, you need to consider going to Ubud centre (10min ride)

Pros: This resort becomes one of our favourite resorts and for sure we'll come back later . We liked everything starting from lovely staff crews to the amazing villa and great food at restaurant . Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent service. Good breakfast even though I was expecting a buffet. But after 3 hotels they all propos a la carte breakfast
Cons: Old TV (even if flat screen) for a 5 start hotel. You would expect these smart LED TV that are cheap here in Asia
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and from our room, the restaurant, was close enough to be comfortable. The ambiance was relaxing an the closeness to the pool was great! All amenities on the room were exceptional and when we missed breakfast they gave us sandwiches to go :D Also, our room was far enough to keep you away from Ubud noise.
Cons: The hotel lay out is a little difficult, involves a "long" walk to the rooms on the back. They have a golf car to help, we didn't ask for that and it wasn't offered to us, but I saw some other guests using it to come and go from reception.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, very helpful staff made us feel very welcome
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in one of the private pool villas and was amazing. Very comfortable and private. The staff was amazing, very kind and professional. It was my wife’s birthday and I ask them to prepare a romantic dinner by the pool and they made everything special . The location is also great, just walking distance from the monkey forest and also easy to get to other destinations by car . I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and I will also return in the future. Many thanks to the staff for making everything so perfect. :)

Cons: The swimming pool was closed for renovation and jack hammers were going all day building a wall next to the restaurant. Also payment was taken in full two days before we arrived so you could not cancel your stay and go elsewhere.

Pros: Stuff was very friendly, fells like it's your family, view is amazing, rooms are very large and nice
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Starting with the most important aspect of the experience is the staff. They are genuinely welcoming and would do anything to make your stay more comfortable. We traveled with our 9 months baby and they had set up the room with everything we may need including baby bath and even baby shampoo! The room is outstanding, very spacious and comfortable and has lots of storage and thoughtful details. The view from the balcony of the rice fields and jungle is gorgeous. The infinity pool is amazing to swim in and feels like you’re swimming in the middle of the jungle. The hotel is located on a quieter street (Bisma) but close to the center of Ubud (monkey forest street).
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything was exceptionally amazing! The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was sooooo welcoming, helpful and nice - the best! Rooms - wow! Restaurant - wow! Pool area - wow! Spa - wow! It is hard to even describe how good it is, really worth all the money! ❤️

Pros: To start with, I took the 2 nights package in Komaneka at Bisma Ubud with 2 nights in Komaneka at Keramas beach and ill divide my review for both of them. first Komaneka at Bisma Ubud: everything was amazing and above expectations. The check-in process was very easy and smooth and they welcomed us with cold towels and refreshing drinks. the reception was well designed and the view from there is spectacular. the villa was well cleaned and well equipped, it was very luxurious with an infinity pool in the forest. the had hats mad for us and flip flop for going our and slippers for in the villa use. they way they welcomed us was (welcome to your home in Ubud) it was amazing everyone was very keen to offer help and the details they were taking care was amazing it's like they knew what we want before we ask for it. the food was great the location is very nice and near to Ubud market and they have a shuttle service to take you to nearby places. and also transportation the other Komaneka resorts. second Komaneka at Keramas beach also everything was amazing and above expectations. the same applies here as above adding to that all the things that we asked for in the first resort they provided it here without asking, they were communicating with each other to make our stay very pleasant and relaxing. the general facilities in both places are amazing and very clean. they even have a 24hr Gym :) It is a very awesome experience and amazing days that I spent in these 2 places I wish if I had the time to stay longer just to enjoy everything. I would definitely recommend it to all my family and friends and I would love to stay here again.
Cons: I can't say that there was one thing that I didn't like in this place

Pros: Breakfast is served a la carte with a very plentyfull choise, and it is most deliscius and served with extreme care. The restaurant has the best closeby rainforrest view with mount Agung in the rear. The infinity pools are a must do experience.
