Anne gave us a warm welcome. We arrived late at night, but she had waited patiently. It is a beautiful place! Everywhere you look you can see how Anne is keeping this old traditional and romantic property with love and care. We also made a trip by horse which is recomandable.
Peaceful surroundings. Wonderful hosts who tried very hard. Great horseback ride through the property.
Road quality and signage, no fault of the Estancia, is poor. Took much longer than anticipated. Food quality needs to be improved. Would have liked a ranch BBQ.
It is a beautiful estancia, wonderfully maintained and secluded, although not that hard to get to. The rooms are in character with the history of the place, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was healthy, varied and plentiful and there was a good choice of wines. A superb place to stay, made all the more friendly by the real 'dueno' Pippo, the dog!
Pippo does chase skunks from time to time!
This is a quiet and lovely place away from it all. Cecilia and staff were excellent and helpful.
The cited cost per additional meal was rather high. Sometimes, it was unclear whether guests were intruding in family activities.
