Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and local amenities. Some guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated the pool area. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with reports of insects, dirty bathrooms, and infrequent housekeeping. Service is also a major concern, as many guests mention unhelpful or absent staff, poor communication, and unresolved maintenance issues. While the pool and location are positives, significant improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
