Pros (+) Price - great value. Location - could walk to event center across the street and walk to historic downtown & waterfront.
Cons (-) Train at 2:30 AM - very loud! Room temperature swung wildly from oven to meat locker. Location (two-edge sword) - an event I did not attend meant intrusive security in the parking lot and loud music late into the night.
