Pros (+) The service and attentiveness to detail is always excellent. My room was lovely and more than comfortable. This is a lovely hotel with a perfect location, just south of City Hall.
Cons (-) We experienced several days of significant rainfall and the lack of a covered awning to the curb was a bit inconvenient.

Pros (+) The Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia is a luxurious, welcoming hotel centrally located just south of the iconic City Hall. The.staff were courteous, responsive and very helpful. My room was oversized and very comfortable with outstanding housekeeping service. This was my third visit and will surely not be my last. My son now lives in center city, so this will be my home when visiting in the future.

Cons (-) There wasn't anything "I didn't like!" However, The only "hiccup" I experienced was a slight odor of tobacco in. my room at the end of each day. When I notified the front desk they were quick to put a plan in place to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, the odor continued and was probably a function of the odor of the carpet, drapery and bedding.
