Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest

The aircraft were very clean and well-maintained. The crew was very professional, and I would not hesitate to fly with this airline again. In fact, it will probably be my go to airline for flying in Southeast Asia.
