Hotel is in need of updates. Inadequate seating space in the breakfast area. Very slow, tiny elevator. Super noisy air conditioning unit that matched the loud traffic noise.

The overall cleanliness was awful. Due to COVID or staffing or whatever, our trash was never emptied on our 4 day stay. They ask that we request for trash removal by 9am the day prior. I requested trash removal on Monday afternoon for trash removal on Tuesday….nothing. None of the requests were given, higher floor, extra foam pillows, and extra towels. In fact, they only gave us one set of towels ...
