They didn't have coffee for the rooms. They said they were out. The pool was closed for both days. Asked the office and they had the same lame excuse about it might have just been treated chemically!! Two days in a row. Never saw anyone working on it. Front desk help didn't greet you with a smile or seem to want you troubling them. The whole stay was not pleasant and we will not be booking with Howard johnson ever again.

Non working soda machine, non working outside light, extra bed paid for but not received, bed hard.

My pillow felt like it had maybe 20 cotton balls in it. Other then that my stay was wonderful no other complaints.

Breakfast was horrible... Did not include fruit as stated on website, juice machine was broken, only cereal was raisin bran. Pool closes at seven o'clock. Was told by staff that I should not flush toilet paper down the toilet..... ????
