Pros: Location
Cons: We spent 2 nights. Specifically asked them to change sheets and clean room-they did not. We asked for extension on checkout time. Nope. Charged us additional 22 bucks for parking. Customer service was atrocious.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Everything
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was great for our travel needs. There were some restaurants and a Starbucks across the street. The hotel was very clean and modern. The beds were also comfortable.
Cons: There were 4 of us staying in the room but they only gave us 3 towels. It was too late to get the 4th since our son was getting out so he used hand towels. We did book the room for 4 people which the front desk verified. The bathtub was also really plugged up so lot's of standing water when we showered. We did get a credit for our parking fee when I spoke to the front desk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent Clean property Breakfast was wonderful Afternoon infused water/coffee/tea was a welcoming site and super refreshing Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!
Cons: Nada
4.5 Okay
Pros: Hotel is clean, good breakfast, also they have variety of services-specially there is a nice pool and laundry, what really helps when you traveling for longer time.
Cons: The personal is extremely rude, at first they couldnt find my reservation, told me its my problem i have to contact booking and solve it by myself, after an hour there was a conclusion that reception boy just was writing my name incorrectly. Personal never helps whatever you ask. Moreover, i told in reception about my complaints, they even didnt say sorry. If you care for your mental and emotional help dont stay in this hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and pleasant room. Breakfast was nice too.
Cons: No - everything was very nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming, more like home than a corporate hotel. Comfort, quiet, peace and kind staff who are friendly and helpful. This was a perfect fit for me. Located close to malls, and easy to get to a beach and they include a bike with the reservation.
Cons: If a person was looking for a corporate hotel, not a good fit. This is one of a kind!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cool vibe of being like a hostel. Being able to use bikes for free. Being able to write on lobby wall with expo markets. Instant Starbucks coffee in room. Nice breakfast etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, boutique hotel, quiet rooms and comfy beds.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, customer service, cleanliness, quiet ❤️
Cons: Darker drapes
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly situated between the beach, convention center and commercial district. The free bicycles will allow you to move easily around the area, just a short ride over to the Queen Mary! Plenty of interesting restaurants. There's a serviceable kitchen should you decide the need to cook for your self.
Cons: shower could have been cleaner, rooms are small but tidy.
6.3 Good
Pros: They have a nice full kitchen. We got a room with a private bathroom. The price was fair.
Cons: Parking is $5 and you have park at the very top of the bank of America parking garage then walk about 2 blocks back to the hotel. Dont lose the parking pass because that's an extra $50 they'll charge you so be sure to turn that in when you checkout. My bed was lopsided and hard as a rock.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Good location and friendly staff.
Cons: It was VERY unclear that this is more of a HOSTEL than a hotel. Keep in mind you’ll be sharing a bathroom with the entire floor, outside noise will very easily bleed into your room at night, and the breakfast is essentially instant oatmeal and small pastries. I paid $100 a night and was extremely disappointed in the lack of amenities in return. Just keep in mind it’s an expensive hostel, not a hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and kind. The free bike rental is really smart and I encourage others to take advantage of it. The room I stayed in was clean and cozy, and in the morning the kitchen was stocked and offered a variety of options for breakfast.
Cons: N/A

Cons: I mentioned them in the previous questions answer.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Internet is both free and fast. There's a "good enough" hotel gym.
Cons: I'm not a fan of valet parking when there's plenty of parking close to the front door.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location of the hotel, we were about 25 minutes away from everything and the hotel itself was surrounded by restaurants and stores.
Cons: We traveled with our kids during our stay and my 14 month old was eating her food from the nightstand and when housekeeping came to clean they did not clean the nightstand or vacuum the crumbs from the floor, nor did they restock toiletries we had used :(

7.0 Good
Pros: The Staff was accommodating and friendly
Cons: The Bed was nearly awful. It was a handicapped accessible room. Although I do not require this accommodation, It was hard to imagine someone that would require them, being easy for a handicapped person. The sink had no counter, so no place to put the toiletries that was convenient. There was box shelving, but again IF someone had been wheelchair bound, there would be no way for them to reach the hairdryer. There would be no way they could shower, it was a tub. It was better than nothing, but that is not saying too much.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect for what I needed. I was unable to have breakfast.
Cons: There was not one thing I did not like about the facility. I was happy with my stay
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how clean it was and how nice and understanding the staff was
Cons: I did not like that i had to pay extra for the parking and for an extra person
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are excellent and very accommodating. The room is spotless. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and activities.
Cons: No complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast had basic selection although the room was quite crowded but luckily staff told us at check in that there is a tray in the room we can use to load up and have breakfast in our room! Location is excellent, short walk to some amazing pubs and restaurants and also close to the beach.
Cons: Cleaners changed the towels although they were hanging on the rack. Would have liked to save the water.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds. Good workout room and ok breafast . Nice staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and nice staff
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The gals that checked us in were friendly and knowledgable. The breakfast was above what is a continental breakfast! Eggs, bacon, bagels, and the awesome BW waffle maker!!! The bed was not too soft, not too hard...it was just right. Glad to have the black out curtains. Good water pressure.
Cons: Had to pay extra for parking but heard that was the norm around here. I would have liked green tea at breakfast. The potatoes were not fried. The vent in the bathroom so loud, but maybe nothing can be done about that because it is structural.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the second time I stayed at this facility. I am very happy with the service I received and the location.
Cons: Could you add Q-tips to the bathroom accessories, please.
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds, clean rooms, large room comfortable for a family of 4. AC worked great, close to several restaurants in walking distance. Safe neighborhood
Cons: Underground parking lot, and only one elevator caused long wait times as so many guests were trying to get to their rooms. Check in was 3:00 several guests were trying to check in and only one front desk clerk caused long wait time to get checked in. She asked for help, and who I assume was the manager told her he was busy putting breakfast supplies away, and left the room. Front desk clerk seemed a bit overwhelmed with so many guests waiting to check in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Definitely location + cleanliness. The room was nothing special for its price.
Cons: Over $'--- for one night is steep, but it was last minute and the location was convenient
4.5 Okay
Pros: The structure
Cons: The dusty, dirty carpet and the breakfast. The eggs, potatoes and sausage.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was outstanding. From check in to the young men who staff the bistro bar in the morning for breakfast, everyone was super friendly.
Cons: Everything was great. The only item that I will follow up on is that my room rate included breakfast. When I reviewed my bill I see charges for breakfast on two days. I will follow up with property.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: No complimentary coffee orbreakfast
9.3 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is definitely on the expensive side (as it seems to be the case everywhere in that area). I didn’t like that you have to pay extra for parking.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great breakfast was included but pay attention to times because we missed it one day. Beds were comfy. They had laundry facilities.
Cons: The shuttle service was more limited than what Double Tree Hilton offers.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: It was a handicap tub instead of shower. Soap and hair products should be in front or side
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and bar in the lobby bartender was great
Cons: Pricey and the hold on the cc
7.0 Good
Pros: Location and nearby amenities
Cons: Strange parking policies and charges. Confused staff. Bonvoy program terms are bad.
7.5 Good
Pros: My husband ordered the bkft. burrito, he had to return it because it was served very cold, and another customer did the same, apparently, the waitress said their mini oven wasn't working right, so my husband changed his order to the same as what i ordered.
Cons: The day we got there, we couldnt sleep bcoz there was a loud banging downstairs, sounded like double doors flapping and that was in the afternoon while we were trying to nap, when we got back at night we also couldnt deny the fact that upstairs there was also lot of noise, sounded more like kids running around
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This property is conveniently located near LGB - with a Starbucks, The Habit, etc., just across the parking lot! The rooms are extremely clean and have a very efficient layout. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant, as well. The Lounge is a nice spot for a nitecap, snack, or light meal.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire remodel of the lobby, etc. and rooms are great. Good amount of space in room and bathroom. I like that there was a kind of couch in the room, a safe and a really cold refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Also, the water bottles are free (they are empty refillable kinds). The price was very reasonable but I guess that is also because it's not in the most desirable part of town. However, it is close to a lot of Thai places and the gentrified part of downtown that is really cool.
Cons: The pool was not clean! There were hairballs and bugs but it was the hairballs that grossed us all out so none of us swam. And I was bummed because I was looking forward to swimming because it was so hot. Also, very no pool towels. I had to ask for them. Although it's conveniently located across from Albertson's and fast food places, it's in a sketchy part of town and there were some homeless between the McDonald's and the hotel and there was one homeless sleeping under the hotel when I got back. In the day, I felt safe but at night as a woman, I wouldn't feel safe walking in the parking lot by myself unless I got a spot near the lobby.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, all aspects.
Cons: If the mattresses are changed as that was the only downside.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Manager was very rude. Room service staff hardly speak English. When I asked for water first of all they were having difficulty under standing it, then they brought an empty bottle which I didn't under stand and had no water in my room . Next morning when I asked the manager who is a very very rude man, told me we don't give water bottles bcz we don't believe in it we have a oasis from where you can fill up the water. So if guest needs water they have to leave their room and go to their Oasis ?????? No room service , so if you come late to hotel you can't order food. No exercise room . Nothing so they should call them self a crush pad place not hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable, pool was very nice.
Cons: There really wasn't breakfast to speak of. We expected more choices.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the decor, bathroom fixtures, blue light! Outside landscaping, chess set, pool accouterments outstanding. Perfe Ction
Cons: Person tending bar a bit grumpy, but all others delightful, thoughtful, considerate.

Pros: I enjoyed the hotel, pool, bar, staff and accommodations. The bathroom was really nice. The location was close to the beach and nice restaurants.
Cons: I did not like the neighborhood. There was a lot of homeless people
9.3 Excellent

Cons: The location is so so.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is very clean! Professional staff and as soon as you check in they give you a glass of champagne.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly. Liked the text communication. The facility had everything you could need.
Cons: Didn’t like the 10$ / day parking fee. Didn’t like that my sheets weren’t changed upon request( paper on bed). Security box in room didn’t work.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, big tv, accommodating staff
Cons: Not enough outlets in the room. Mirror was in an inconvenient place. We would rather have less artwork and more of the amenities that we need. Very small room. We had the breakfast buffet at the hotel. It was way over priced and not that good. We didn’t go back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the people were very attentive and nice
Cons: there wasn't anything that I really didn't like
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Repaired sarvice for toliet asap.
Cons: Weekend of the Jazz Festival. If I would have known, I would have requested a room on the opposite of the building. Couldln't rest because of the "music". Didn't like the 28$ parking tab. A bit on the high side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Great location. Excellent service
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the room was great! The bathroom was modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the TV was huge. There was also a nice little sitting area with a multi person lounge chair and table. The view of the city from the 17th floor was also nice. All of the staff was wonderful as well! Including the bartender who remembered all of his guests drinks of choice for duration of their stay.
Cons: The hotel store with drinks and snacks is WAY overpriced. And since there are no convenient stores within walking distance, we were forced to pay their inflated prices. Next time we will definitely grab snacks prior to arriving. We also had to call the front desk at night to get clean towels because house keeping did not come while we were out for the day. Not a major problem, but it would have been nice to get the dirty towels out of the way before adding more to the room. They did deliver the clean towels very quickly though!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was stunning. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view.
Cons: My only complaint was the pool had no towels and requests for more were ignored.not a big deal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: How clean it was and location was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love everything about this hotel especially the professionalism of the people at the front desk.
Cons: Nothing.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Room was dilapidated and the manager had a prewritten note apologizing for the current condition of the hotel. We found it needing repairs and new furniture. There was inadequate cleaning provided by the maids. The room didn't provide necessary informative literature for a guest to use the hotel and neighborhood. It seemed as if the hotel just didn't care.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice view of the harbor.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere is really nice and relaxing. One of my favorite hotels.
Cons: I arrived early to the resort rooms were not yet available front desk said they would contact me as soon as rooms were ready I didn't receive a call had to checked back @ 4:30pm then was given my room key. I previously requsted to be on the highest floor possible and they sent me to the first floor. Where you cant leave the blinds open at nite because people can see in. When I entered my room I immediately noticed big crumbs on the carpet, dirty fridge door and tall mirror hadn't been cleaned in a few stays. When I checked the tub (rubbing my hand across it) there was white soap scum from not cleaning throughly. I the beds were clean and was to tired to complain so I said O well. I've stayed before and never experienced any issues.

Cons: Paying for parking
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Room was a great size, parking was easy and accessible. Breakfast menu was great, Starbucks great as a quick breakfast option
Cons: Pool was closed 3 days if our stay and whilst we could access another pool this wasn’t a great option. We were out and about touring and visiting and wanted to swim and chill for an hour before dinner and this wasn’t easy at another hotel so we were very disappointed with this.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!! I was here celebrating my birthday. It was also Pride weekend! From beginning to end my birthday was wonderful! From checking in with Jarai and going to the pool party on Saturday on my actual birthday. Cons: No microwave in the room
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The friendliness of the hotel staff!

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful. I called and asked for an extra blanket and had it in less 5 minutes.
Cons: Food at hotel too expensive. No jacuzzi.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Convenient location is about it.
Cons: The beds were SO bad. Old, uncomfortable, not many pillows. Duvets were dingy and looked like the hadn’t been cleaned. The shower did not work well—hot Ware was sporadic. The carpets throughout the hotel were SO dirty. Looked as if they were rarely cleaned and never vacuumed. The AC system was awful. It did not remove the humidity from the air even when set on the lowest temp/highest fan setting. The room smelled like old damp socks. It wasn’t pleasant.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was delightful. Parking was easy & free :-) And Staff was extremely polite & friendly. I will definitely return again when I need to visit for more family events...
Cons: I booked & reserved a room with 2 beds for 4 people & was given a room with only 1 bed for 2 people because there was a wedding party that day & my room was given away. However, I was offered free breakfast for 4 the next morning for my family which made up for their mistake.

Pros: Very close to the LB airport with a shuttle running every 15 min or so.
Cons: No.

Pros: Good breakfast and staff
Cons: Make the lobby temp warmer. It was freezing and not comfortable. Hallway rugs are worn and need replacing. Looks like some upgrades are being done. Had to get another room because light fixture in room had an incessant buzz.
7.0 Good
Pros: You should not be charging fo the internet for non Marriott members when your tariff is as high as it is. Most hotels do not charge for it these days and it annoys me to have to pay for it. I suggest you revise this aspect but apart from that it was good.
Cons: The internet charge as above.

6.3 Good
Cons: There was permanent very strong smell of chemical detergents everywhere all the time. There was claim that this hotel meets European standards. However, the breakfasts were very poor: coffee, few biscuits and yogurt. The European standards means something more substantial: pancakes, eggs, sausage, bread, butter, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Location was very near all the action of Downtown Long Beach.
Cons: The walls and ceiling/floor were very thin. I could easily hear people walking in the hallways, the conversation in the adjoining rooms, and the footsteps of the person roomed above me. Some not so ideal characters near the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean, sleek and modern. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Great location
Cons: For a double the room was quite small. The shower was tiny!!!
9.5 Excellent

Pros: Very clean. Bed was SO comfortable. Location was so great price was much cheaper than hotels near by.
Cons: Checked in after 4:00 pm and left the next day before 10:00 am, still charged for two days of parking ($24). Walls were incredibly thin (could hear entire conversations of neighbors). I always bring ear plugs so it wasn’t an issue when sleeping but just weird when awake haha

Cons: Nothing to complain about!

Cons: I disliked nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have been coming to this place since 2010. For the first 3 times I came to CA, I stayed the entire time at this place. Since 2013, I have stayed only one day or a few days at a time during my visit since I stayed at my friends' homes also. However, if I had to stay for the entire trip, this would be my first choice. The owner/manager has done a fantastic job renovating and remodeling this entire complex. Also, he is very friendly and helpful. I have never been disappointed during my stay.
Cons: For some reason, I could not get the internet to work this one night that I checked in. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic.
7.5 Good
Pros: Quiet place.
Cons: I couldn’t leave my bags as I went to the bank. And they didn’t accept cash payments
8.3 Excellent
Pros: No carpets super clean.
Cons: The place was maticulously clean , the only thing was guests hung out under the stairs smoking. I'm assuming so they don't smoke in rooms. Would be nicer for everyone to have a small table and chairs out side of the pool area. It's a tight compact property, but I'm really impressed by the cleanliness. And no carpeting was wonderful! Thank you so much for having us.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location and everything else about this hotel. Our room was nice we had a balcony that lead right to the beach and the view was amazing!! The staff was friendly and our check in was quick and easy. I would definitely be staying here again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice little get away for a good price.
Cons: I did not like that the fire pits were turned off by 10. That was one of the reasons we booked this hotel and for it not to be available past 10 was a little disappointing but understanding since it was during the week. There were also some spider webs in our room. And the shuttle was a little hard to get a hold of for pick up. We had to wait about 30 minutes.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Convention right under our window with no notice Should have been given a room away from the noise. Option not offered til night of the activity and at last minute Will never book there again. Taints double tree and will not book again. Construction all over the place without notice of that as well. Night clerk was rude and impersonal very disappointing
5.0 Okay
Pros: Has a good view and facilities.
Cons: I asked for a quiet room and they put us next to the most noisy family i have experienced, the parent were fighting all night long non stop. The bed has a broken mattress.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was very nice. It was a relaxing environment.
Cons: We received a confirmation that our room was ready and when we first arrived the staff at the front desk handed us our room key, as we got our luggage up to our room then room was a disaster, the maids did not clean it up from the previous guests, so we called the front desk and asked them to please give us another room, and the lady was rude and said there were no other rooms available, no apology or anything. So I asked to speak with the manager, and he was helpful, and was able to place us in another room with a better view.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's super clean, the rooms are spacious, laundry on site is awesome! Minutes away from a planet fitness and other stores. Super awesome!
Cons: House keeping tends to come a little early
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was decent. I liked that there were options other than just bread products!
Cons: Some of the furniture in the room was very worn. The armchair looked like it had been clawed by a cat. I booked the 7am shuttle to the conference center. The shuttle driver was MIA. Nobody came out to tell me. When I went in to check on the shuttle, they said he was stuck in traffic and would call me a taxi to take me to the conference, which the hotel would pay for (yay!) but the taxi never showed up (boo!) so I ended up taking a 7:30am shuttle and got to my conference much later than I had planned.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The shuttle service works really well and it helps you get around daily. The breakfast is very abundant.
Cons: The walls are very thin and the lower ground rooms are right by the parking lot. This made it so that there was a lot of noise from other rooms and cars that woke us up every night.
7.5 Good
Pros: Was very nice. Parking was easy to room. Rooms were quite nice.
Cons: The room wasn’t clean. Women’s female products were left near the trash bin on the bathroom floor. There was also a very loud argument ensuing in a room down the hall. Resident staff did not respond. A gentleman was breaking into the hotel room. Police were called and the situation was diffused. People in rooms came out to see the commotion. I would think hotel staff would want to correct the situation making it less violent and more comfortable for others. Did not happen.
7.5 Good
Pros: Shuttle service was nice. Glad that breakfast was included. However, hotel needs more options for vegetarians. Breakfast area was very crowded. Breakfast was only offered until 10:30 a.m. We barely made it on time.
Cons: Parking was very difficult. Seemed that one family had several cars. Staff was very loud in the morning. Very early in the morning, one male employee whistled loudly as he worked with housekeeping staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and were there to make sure everything was good. The breakfast was very nice. It saved us time and money. Our sons and daughters also stayed at the hotel with their families. It was a good place to meet before our Family Cruise.

Cons: Didn’t get much use of the shuttle service to and from the Long Beach Airport. Called 4 hours before landing and told to call when I retrieved my luggage for shuttle. Once I called at 6:00 pm, was told shuttle would not be available until 9:00 pm.

Pros: I enjoyed my chef salad. By the time I got in, it was nice having the restaurant take care of my foodie options. I also like that they had a mini bar and was able to purchase a beer.
Cons: The first floor is extremely noisy. You hear everything that goes on in the lobby, pool and hallways all at the same time. It felt as though I roomed in the lobby. I had driven 300+ miles from Sacramento and wasn’t expecting to Be uncomfortable.

Pros: Excellent location, excellent breakfast, excellent facilities in the hotel. The location was, in fact, for the central LA, really unexpectedly nice.

7.0 Good
Pros: The pool
Cons: When we was swimming and they had to close the pool and my grandkids was crying cuz they was having fun ugh
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff, comfortable beds, location
Cons: Cleaner rooms, the air filter in the AC looked like it has not been changed in years. It was covered in thick dirt
5.0 Okay
Pros: We did appreciate the pool noodles and balls provided at the pool, that was fun for the kids.
Cons: The room smelled like old hotel room/years of smoking. I’m not sure if there’s really anything that can be done about that. There was no room for our family to sit during breakfast on Sunday - the room was tiny with not enough seating - I’m sure the renovations are to address that but it was a bummer for my family, we had to take our plates back to our room and keep coming back in shifts to get the rest of what we needed. On Monday at least we were able to have a table, as it was less crowded. The pool was nothing like was pictured on the website - that was obviously photoshopped and a whole deck was added to the picture that is not there in real life! Also a bay of lounge chairs with these cool dividers in between to put your stuff - those were all part of the picture only but not real life. Also there were almost never towels in the pool area. On Sat we had to walk back dripping wet to our hotel room to use our bath towels. Finally on Sun a helpful guest showed us that we could use the white phone to reach the help desk directly. He did and asked for towels (because again there none) and it was a very long time until any were provided, at least an hour. He had to end up calling twice. I’m not sure how often the pool bathroom gets cleaned but when we went there for our last morning on Monday my daughter had to use the bathroom. I took her in there and the floor was dirty and there was a dead cockroach. (I took a picture of this). The pool itself could have been much cleaner. I thought the tiles around the sides were discolored but when I scratched it with my finger I realized it was just covered in a layer of brownish scum. This was very disappointing for us. We were expecting it to be like the Marriott Inn and Suites that we stayed in in El Sugundo back in November. That really raised our expect

Pros: Lovely penthouse suite. Very well catered for.
Cons: They could have waited to finish the construction after our breakfast but they took the initiative to knock down and drill behind the wall behind us in the breakfast room. Very noisy beside the busy road.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The spot we were at was too loud constantly bouncing basketball ball at late night late late night. Loud Indian people next door that would stand by my door and talk out loud when I was trying to sleep I would have prefer something more quiet
6.8 Good
Pros: Good location. Decent rooms.
Cons: Well....when we arrived to our room we noticed that the AC was not blowing cold air so the room was 81 degrees. We had a maintenance guy come around to try to repair it....and unfortunately he could not. They moved us into another room and things seemed to be good. Until we turned on the tv using the remote. The battery was almost dead so turning the stations and trying to adjust the volume was a mess. Just one of those days. I wanted to throw the remote out of the damn windo at that point.

Cons: I have ntn bad to say

10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was great
6.8 Good
Cons: No toiletries, no bathrobes, and we were given the handicap room.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and attractive, and the restaurant food was good.
Cons: I received a message from the BonVoy app at 10am in the morning saying my room was ready. When I arrived at 1pm, the front desk staff told me my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait a few hours. Ridiculous! They weren't even apologetic. I was told I'd receive a text message when the room was ready. At 5pm, I still hadn't received a text message but returned to the hotel to demand a room be assigned to me. I was told that the room had been ready for a while (?!?!). When I told them I didn't get a text message and reminded them that I had effectively waited seven hours for my room to be readied, they were again unapologetic and merely assigned me a room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Largest TV I've seen so far in a hotel.
Cons: Lack of a bathroom vent fan.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet and bed was what it claims “like sleeping on a cloud”.
Cons: They were in the middle of a remodel so entrance and dining were a little tight and congested. Just wish I would have been forewarned.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to everything. Easy to walk to restaurants etc
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet rooms with comfortable beds made for a nice pit stop. Staff was friendly during check in and check out.
Cons: The cleanliness could be improved, there was stuff on the back of the bathroom door (one of my pet peeves) and the sheets had some stains. The cleanliness was not up to par with Westin standards. Also the water pressure was lacking.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: *Due to some confusion stemming from misinformation regarding free parking (it's not), I was kindly given a parking pass from the excellent and efficient staff member (Michael I think) who checked me in. *Included in my particular room rate was the breakfast buffet for 2. Pretty darn good. Lox & bagels with all the fixings, nice assortment of fresh fruit, cereals, danish, yogurt, etc. No omelets but scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage. Also, odd but nice sliced cheese & cold cuts (even prosciutto).
Cons: *My room (#1407) smelled like mildew. Though not too terribly overwhelming, it certainly wasn't pleasant. *A tray of dirty dishes sat outside someone's room all day & overnight before being picked up (by staff, I presume). *A dirty wineglass sat in the hallway near my room during my entire stay; I bid it farewell upon my departure. *Weak A/C in my room. *Was unaware of the MAJOR renovation occurring during my stay. I would have appreciated being told about the construction going on prior to me checking in or at least offered compensation in some way to make up for my inconvenience and reduced quality of stay.

Pros: Loved the location !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the location was perfect and the hotel was gorgeous
Cons: I loved everything about it. The staff was so friendly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The check in clerk was amazing! Her customer service was exceptional. If I ever come back and refer The Westin hotel to anyone, it will be due to her. A beautiful room is not uncommon. However, exceptional customer service is.
Cons: I was a little disappointed that a continental breakfast was not included. The price of a kit Kay bar was nearly $5. I thought that was a bit steep for a standard size 1.50 candy bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfortable beds and big clean rooms and forgot they also had really comfortable pillows, would definitely recommend this place

Pros: Good location, easy walk to the Waterfront. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Parking onsite. Great place to stay for exploring Long Beach and the Pacific Coast Highway.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, but the dinner at the same restaurant was excellent. The manager upgraded our room without us requesting - which was very nice! View was excellent and room was well appointed. Walking distance to everything.
Cons: nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the food was food and the staff was marvelous. nice place.
Cons: Just did not like that my room so close to the elevators/ice machine. I think the person at the front desk should have told me how close the room was to the elevators so that I had a choice to refuse or not. Secondly. I did not like my room facing a wall/parking lot when I looked out of the window. But other than that everything was good.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location is Perfect
Cons: One of the Noisiest hotels I've slept in. The walls are paper thin. I heard babies crying in different rooms all night. People SLAMMED doors all night. People talk at full volume walking through the halls, and sound as if they are in the room with you.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect bed
Cons: Airco was noisy
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Would have liked to be able to purchase drinks from some sort of bar for the poolside. The restaurant adjoining the hotel was not open due to July 4 holiday or special events
