Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the unique historic experience and the ship's location, with many enjoying the atmosphere and views. However, several reviews noted significant issues with noise due to poor soundproofing, uncomfortable beds, and cleanliness concerns in some rooms. Service was mixed, with some guests finding staff helpful and others experiencing indifference or lack of assistance. Parking and air conditioning problems were also frequently mentioned. Overall, while the history and novelty of the Queen Mary were highlights, comfort and operational issues detracted from the stay for many guests.
