They were remodeling and there was a lot of noise. Parking was hard to find. Our room was comfortable, but it was a little “old” and needed a “refreshening”. It had a little bit of an odor so we bought some Fabreeze to spray and it was better.

Pros (+) Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) Mask policy was not enforced. Very few people in the building were wearing face masks, even though the signs were posted all over the entrances, elevator, and lobby.

Cons (-) It's incredibly difficult to get in and out of the small parking area. Room we had was apparently one used for pet friendly accommodations - we didn't have pets with us and the room smelled badly. There was also mold above the shower head and on the ceiling. Rooms were nothing like the pictured posted.

Cons (-) STAYER BEWARE!!! The staff doesn't greet you as you walk in the door. As you make a complaint their response is "okay" and "it's not my problem". They don't take responsibility for anything and it all falls on the customer. The TV doesn't work and the air doesn't work.

Cons (-) Room had smell like pets had been in the room even though it was a pet free room. Sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off at night.

Cons (-) Our AC unit was broken, they did however give us a refund for part of the stay. Also the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I was informed that they are in the process of hiring more/other cleaning staff.
