Pros (+) Bed was okay... Didn't feel like concrete. Never seen any breakfast. So not sure if they had that or not. Was never told about it if there was.
Cons (-) It was clean... Alot of things didn't seem to work. I do know they are starting renos. So maybe that's why. Other than that. It was OK. I would stay here again it's convent to alot of things.

Pros (+) Change the entire building from the ground up.
Cons (-) This place is filthy. Carpets/rugs are dirty. Visible damage on all walls/doors. Graffiti in elevator and some walls. This building needs to be renovated.

Cons (-) Extremely run down. No hot tub as advertised. Breakfast was a joke. Wifi was very slow. Parking was a nightmare.

Pros (+) The back parking lot.
Cons (-) The dirty room, moldy shower curtains, stains on towels, cops admitting to finding needles in someone's room and then just leaving his phone number and leaving. How about one of the front desk clerks taking a bottle of wine to someone's room the next night? Wonder how much they paid for that room. I visit Pigeon Forge TN every year. I have never had such an encounter.

Pros (+) Didn't not like the service we paid for. We may have well just thrown our money out the window while wasting our time and gas driving home.
Cons (-) We booked a room through Kayak. We received our confirmation number and when we showed up for our room the staff said Kayak made a mistake and they were booked up for the night. We called to get our money back and was given the run around. I felt like we were scammed out of our money. Pros (+) Nothing, non of light switches worked in room. We had a two room suit and master had no heat or A/C at all. Trim falling off balcony. Mold in bathroom and bedroom. Water stains on ceiling.
