Cons (-) The phone to call the front desk malfunctioned when I tried to call them. This was in a handicapped room. The room was very noisy - partly because of a deficient seal around the door. The person in the next room was extremely loud talking on the phone and opening and closing this side of the door between rooms. This is why I tried to call the front desk.
