Many guests praised the hotel's breakfast, clean rooms, and convenient location near attractions and downtown. The spacious rooms were also highlighted positively. However, a major recurring complaint was the loud noise from nearby train tracks, which disturbed sleep for many. Overall, the positives centered on cleanliness, breakfast, and location, but noise was a significant downside.
