We didn’t have bath towels (they were hiding behind the shower curtain, but we didn’t know that). Called the desk and they brought them up within 5 minutes. Very impressive. Got in at 9:00 pm and left at 8:00 am. For the short stay everything seemed great.

Pros (+) The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice onsite fitness center and pool. Hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating with the room request.
Cons (-) The service at their restaurant is severely lacking. We went for dinner at their new restaurant Jae’s and it took 45 minutes for our wine to come. At one point in the evening, it felt like the waitress forgot about us as we hadn’t seen her for almost an hour after our meals were brought out.
