Pros (+) Quick check-in, check-out. Friendly staff. Nice room for the price.
Cons (-) AC was leaking on the floor but it didn't affect our stay. I believe it was an isolated, routine maintenance issue.

Pros (+) That they were painting the outside to keep up the look of hotel. Lots of competition in area have to keep up appearances of hotel. It will be worth it when done.
Cons (-) The ac unit kept stopping called maintenance and he wiggled wire under unit. After he left had to wiggle the power cord many times to turn ac on again.
