Pros:The staff that assisted me were very nice and friendly.
Cons:First SUV I was given was filthy with food wrappers from prior guest and Enterprise did not clean vehicle. Second SUV given was a nice upgrade but needed immediate maintenance service while in use and was advised to either go to Firestone or put oil in car. We will not be be using Enterprise again.
Cons:Never got the rental.

Pros:Overall everything was great. Our reservations through Kayak we to be a vehicle pickup at the airport, it was off premises, but the Entrrprise st the airport was very prompt and took care of the situation. Thank you Enterprise
Cons:Rented a large size car, they gave me a Nissan Sentra. This car was a 2016, with 10,000 Miles millage, had a flat tire and had to pay 90 dollars to have a new tire. When we arrive there, I had to call my insurance co. in Canada. to proved the young black lady in the office that I had all the covers on my policy. She talked with them for almost Half an hour on my cell phone for getting from them by fax all the documents she was asking for. I have rented many cars in my life and never had a service like this before. I was so angry when I left the place. I told Juan a very nice and polite gentlemen who is working there all my worries about was going there, he said that he was going to talk to Mike and see what Mike will do about it. Now I'm back to Canada and trying to find a document that will prove that I asked for a Large size car and they gaved me a compact one. What a shame. Pros:The price of the rental was great and it was great for our family and 2 dogs to travel in the comfort of a mini van for our trip and have a DVD player as well! Not to mention the miles we saved on our own cars!
Pros:Pick up NOT easy. Mall doors locked. Stood outside for 15 minutes until security let us in. Office open at 8 am. Mall opened at 10 am.
Cons:After getting on the road noticed paperwork was WRONG. Mileage off by almost 2000 miles and indicated tank was full. Tank was only 1/2 full. Unable to get new paperwork. Returned car with full tank. Requesting refund. Not able to have kind of communication with staff at drop off. I understand it’s busy but attendant was almost rude.
Pros:After a tremendous amount of time, inconvenience, and multiple visits, we were finally given a vehicle that met our needs.
Cons:Our reservation made almost 3 months in advance meant nothing. We needed a minivan for our vavation, and there were none to be had.

Cons:The facility was terrible. There was not a lot of help, the employees on pick up and drop off were slow and disinterested. Customer service was clearly NOT a priority. The car itself was terrible. It was expensive and not as described. It had 36K miles so it was older but the condition was terrible. The cloth seats in the interior were stained beyond any rental I have ever seen and there was a disgusting smell like fast food in the car for the duration of my rental. I had to buy 2 car fresheners for the vents and they did not even help in eliminating the smell. Another man that I was speaking with when I was dropping off my car was complaining that the car he just rented from them had bald tires. The rental company was disgraceful. I have rented many cars, especially in the past 3 years. I will NEVER rent from this company again.
Cons:The car was dirty inside and out, even found a rotten lime under the seat. The interior was stained and the seats uncomfortable.
Cons:We had a rental car reserved and picking up at 6pm. Guess what? Rental car location is closed at 6pm! Tried to get one at the airport & they wanted to charge us 3x the price. Thank goodness for uber, because this was awful
Pros:not one thing
Cons:Our confirmation indicated that there was a shuttle that would pick us up at the airport (just call the number provided). When we called the number (954-731-0701) at the rental location, they told us that they did not have a shuttle and that we would have to get a cab. That was the start of our unbelievably bad experience with this Thrifty location. After spending $30 for a cab to get to the place, we were told that they had no more full sized cars, which we had reserved. The only choice we had was a minivan, so that is what we got. As we left the parking lot, I noticed that there was less than a quarter tank of gas and there was a maintenance notice on the dash. I called the office and they said that we just had to return the vehicle at the same level of gas and that the maintenance notice was probably just for an oil change and just to "ignore it". Unfortunately, when we dropped off the vehicle at Orlando, they attempted to charge us for gas at $9.99 per gallon. I then had to go to the customer service desk in the terminal to get the charges taken off. We have traveled for many years and I have to say that this has been the worse car rental experience I have ever had and I will never use Thrifty again, and that Hertz should investigate the Lauderdale Lakes location in order to preserve the Hertz brand.
Pros:we wanted to pickup a rental car away from the airport. This location is very convenient.
