Pros (+) The staff was exceptionally helpful and efficient especially Berenice. She called/e-mailed my tour companies so that my vacation went smoothly. She also recommended the Caribe cruise to Cozumel which was a nice morning get-away .My room was spacious. The A/C worked well. The housekeeping staff was efficient and HONEST. This property was a short walk away from the beach and the annoying salespeople...
