Cons: Had to ask for hot water. Didn't have our reservation as the lady at the front desk didn't understand priceline. She didn't realize booking.com was the same. English was quite limited so she would jump to conclusions rather than allow us to explain

Located a 15-minute walk from the entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park, Vila Vuk is set within peaceful and green surroundings. It offers rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi. All of the accommodations provide a private bathroom, a mini fridge and a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. Some units have a balcony with garden views. The nearest lake is only 2,625 feet away. Guests can also relax in the garden or on the sunny terrace. A grocery shop and a restaurant are 329 feet from Vuk. Mukinje Bus Stop is at a distance of 657 feet. Private parking on site is free of charge.
It is highly recommended to visit the "Licka kuca" within the National Park. 05.08 TC The building is a low rise white one with balconies to the rear overlooking the river and national park. Situated in the beautiful Plitvice National Park, the hotel offers great views of the park and lakes from most of the rooms. The main entrance to the park is a short walk away from the hotel and the setting is tranquil and relaxing.

Cons: Mattress is very uncomfortable: old-school soviet springs yield backpain. Breakfast is very poor. I've never seen before such thin slices of ham and cheese - 0.5 mm! 2 slices per person. Instant coffee. Orange nectar instead of juice.
