Cons (-) Everything. This place should not exist. It has bed bugs, dirty and outdated, there is no ocean view, and I could go on for forever.

Pros (+) Location was very nice - right on the water with great views. Hotel deck was a great place for morning coffee or evening drink while enjoying the water views.
