Pros: The property has excellent facilities but when you have regular guests staying at the same time as large (wedding) groups who occupy the Jacuzzi, spa and other facilities, the other guests should be at least pre-warned that this is happening upon check in.
Cons: The food of breakfast, lunch and dinner is mediocre at best, we were told the head chef had his days off but surely the rest of the staff should be able to cope???

Cons: The lights were not on on the driveway to upper back units. We got in after dark and little trouble finding our unit.

Pros: Despite a large wedding going on in one of the ballrooms, the hotel room was quiet and kids had pool to themselves. Breakfast was great, and the waitress was superb (Ann I think).

Pros: I really enjoyed the suite and the unique pool area. The fireplace in the room was cozy and jacuzzi was very enjoyable.
Cons: It is a little dated in the decor, could you some updating and sprucing up...ie; new paint and new fixtures. Aside from that, it was very nice. The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed. The lunch was very good, dinner was not well cooked, service slow.

Cons: The drinking water was NOT drinkable. I requested some water to make coffee and was told I'd need to buy it from their bar. Giving me a small quantity of water to make myself a cup of coffee would have been a more accommodating thing to do.

Pros: We loved that the place was right down the street from a Christmas function we attended. The room was very nice and clean. They do have a small breakfast that they offer for free. Coffee, juice, tea, bagels,toast, cream cheese and cereal corn flakes or Cheerios. It was just perfect.
