Very tired condition. No blanket in the room. Clean but worn condition. Mediocre breakfast.
Some good, some could be better
Comfortable beds, refrigerator/freezer worked well. Quiet in hallway at night. Easy check in/out. Staff were very friendly.
Clock didn't work. Lamp switch broken. Not enough plug ins. Pillows were both too thick. Water too hot. Carpet could have been cleaner. Paint job in bathroom was poor (overlapped edges). Worst thing was the air conditioning unit was so darn loud that even with ear plugs and pillows over my head, I didn't get a wink of sleep.
The price of the stay! And how there was a good restaurant new door.
Not a good breakfast. We had ants on our room. Small bathroom. The back door to the outside wasn’t always lock like it needed to be. They really need a ventilation system in the pool area. The bleach smell is WAY to strong...
Didn't have all the amenities advertised, i.e. 24 hour coffee & tea in lobby / never found it
When I first checked in the front desk gave me a set of tickets and told me my room number. They didn't work at my door, but had another number listed on the card, so I went to that room and in fact they worked. So I opened the door and there was stuff in the room already. I quickly backed out and went to the front desk to get my keys corrected. It made me nervous, as it what if they did that to me, gave somebody a key to my room while I was in there. I put stuff in front of my door for the evening. I know mistakes can be made but just wanted to advise you.
