Cons (-) This is an old, worn out property in need of remodeling and airing out. The bathroom door could not be fully opened because it runs into a coat rack. The bottom floor, ocean-facing rooms are on an alley which feels sketchy safety-wise. We had no problems, but I would have blocked the door or not stayed there if I was alone. Pros (+) We stayed 4 nights at this place and would definitely stay here again if we pass through again. The place is older but very well kept and maintained. The rooms are spotless. The bed was also good and reasonably firm, in good shape. It is also convenient walking to grocery and restaurants. The owner and family are friendly and helpful.
