Pros:The staff is fantastic! Great location! We stayed a couple of months ago while looking for a house and liked it so much that we decided to stay again this trip. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Great value. They are doing a complete renovation currently.

Cons:Internet down on entire property for full day. The lobby computer/printer for guests had issues, too. Staff was able to get our boarding passes printed from their computer. No food available on site. Property a short drive from restaurants, Publix market, however. Decor a bit dated. Some stains in tub area. The property seemed incomplete, as though more units were planned but never were built.

Cons:The kiddie pool was not cleaned during our stay, and my 2 year old had to play in the big pool.
