The building is older and our bathroom was so hot and not ventilated at all (stayed humid and wet). The staff was super sweet and the location is good for a 20-30 minute walk to most anything downtown.

Pros (+) Great location, friendly staff, excellent value.
Cons (-) Bed was a little lumpy, and the bathroom was a little dirty. Manageable if you’re not too picky.
Pros (+) Renovations have made it reasonably modern Nice bathrooms Good location for what I needed.
Cons (-) Noise is a bit of an issue, as the walls transmit sound easily and it's adjacent to two reasonably busy roads.

Pros (+) Clean, comfortable room, excellent desk service, location was where I needed it to be... not a 4 star hotel, but it didn't need to be. Perfect.

The location of this motel was great, we could have walked to the convention center (where we attended comic con, the reason for our visit), and most uber rides downtown were around 7-10 dollars!
