Pros (+) The staff were nice enough. The proximity to public transportation was nice. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance
Cons (-) Bed was decent. The room was visibly old and the bathroom was dirty. The shower curtain was mildewed and the tile grout was growing pink mold.

Pros (+) It was close to a business meeting I had which was great otherwise, just the sign.
Cons (-) Tv was small, built up dust in corners and along easy to clean areas, no plug for the tub, so no relaxing bath, almost slipped on the stairs and furniture looked like it was from an alley and out dated. Sorry just my experience and opinion.

Pros (+) $70 a night for two comfortable beds, and clean room in a great location on up and coming Interstate Ave. One of several good deal hotels on Interstate that represent some of the best values in central PDX.
Pros (+) The staff was incredibly accommodating. The location is also amazing. The motel is across the street from a train station, right next to a lovely little park, and within walking distance from the Mississippi District.
Cons (-) Even though my room was nonsmoking, it still smelled a bit like smoke. Not enough to give me a headache, the way smoke typically does, but enough to be noticeable when you step into the room. The wifi is decent, though nothing amazing.
Cons (-) The beds are not very comfortable, the toilet ran all night, and the fridge was noisy. But you get what you pay for!
