Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, which was convenient for exploring the city and close to restaurants and attractions. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including dirty bathrooms and rooms, as well as problems with noise from thin walls, other guests, and outside elements, which disrupted sleep. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding the staff helpful and others reporting unprofessional or confusing check-in processes. Value for price was considered fair by some, but others felt the facilities and amenities did not match what they paid. Overall, the location stood out as the main positive aspect, while cleanliness and noise were frequent concerns.
