Very clean and spacious with good beds. Breakfast nice but too much cake for westerners. Helpful receptionist.
Not keen on the bed upstairs. Not best treatment in restaraunt at night.
It was not bad, but I would not like to dwell more at this hotel.
All the while the radio is playing in the hallway and heard in the room.
To start with this place is not a 4 star hotel as claimed on Booking.com. The place is no where near the main old town and has nothing much of interest around it. The first room I was given was tiny and oddly set out with the bed right next to the main door, had a major water leak in the shower and had lights that worked intermitently. The second room was better, although noisy as the hotel is next to a main road to the centre.
The best part about my stay was when I did ask to extend by one day (I could not be bothered moving hotel for one day) they advised that it was ok the evening beforehand, yet in the morning advised that the hotel was fully booked and that I had to leave. This certainly tainted the end of my trip to this great city.
The roof room was nice only disadvantage no big windows, and you had to use a stick to open and close them. Stuff were friendly.
There problems with checking in, they gave me a room which a couple was staying in wasn't a nice moment when I entered at midnight to someone's room. Afterwards they couldn't find which room was free for a while. Luckily I checked-in to a clean nice room. They compansated the situation happened by providing free parking and a coke. Not enough shampoo in the room.
everything was just great
It was convenient to local transportation
the cleanliness and price of the hotel
near the city center (Venzel square 15 min by walk) friendly staff
breakfast to be improved (e.g. no vegetables) parking is difficult if inside the hotel
It was clean and cheap
Apart from 2 staff members the rest were rude, the first room we got was like a boxroom, the pictures online make it look a lot better than it was.
I had some problems with parking, poor breakfast
