Breakfast is good but location is not precisely the best one. It is not that bad but in winter days you need to walk pretty much to reach the metro or tram station. Personal is very kind and helpful, that is a plus.
Internet connection it is not good at all, I have the paid one and every five minutes was off line. Maybe will be good to have a small restaurante during the day and change the carpet on the floor.
Location of the hotel is OK
My room was located on the 6th floor in next building. The last floor with roof window not possible to open. Room is very small, walls are very tiny so you can hear every step next door. The room is not comfortably esp. because of lack of fresh air. The guest next door was having business talks (shouting) from 1am-5pm so I did not sleep at all. I came for a business trip and the night in this room was for me a nightmare. The open free wifi did not work in my room.
Breakfast was delicious
The layout of the room was good, the location was situated well within easy walking distance to the metro, if you like walking the city centre was a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast was pleasant and had a wide choice of things to eat although there wasn't a toaster.
I didn't like having to leave one part of the hotel to go and have my breakfast each morning, the part I stayed in was connected to the garage, most mornings/evening I got disturbed by the banking of doors which echoed through the building.
The staffs are 80% like robotic and non cooperative. There is WiFi but if you don’t pay its giving you pain. There is television but no remote control. Nothing for tea or coffe not even a hot water heater.
