The friendly staff at this hotel is what makes the difference. It is also spotless and fragrance free which is good. However, the hotel needs refurbishing and is a little rough around the edges. Cons (-) The hotel needs refurbishment, the rooms feel 'tired', the decor is very dated and the food prices are too high - especially the bar snacks which are crazy (and not very good either)
