Cons (-) This was my second time at the harbor Hotel. This time seemed a bit more rocky. There was never more than one person at the check in desk durning peak check in and checkout 11am and 3/4pm. Long lines. I do want to say that Cassie at the front desk was wonderful, but could have used a second person. Our first night no one cleaned the room or restocked the towels, which was disappointing.

Cons (-) The AC was not.working properly. The shuttle service was unorganized and so was the bike rental process. The staff was not friendly and welcoming.

Pros (+) right on the water, just down the road from Commercial St, the Harbor Hotel was convenient to everything Ptown has to offer. Staff was nice, the bar/ restaurant was big and had a fun atmosphere - they stayed open late as we watched a red sox playoff game. Park and rent a bike at the hotel and then explore Ptown without all the hassles of a car.
Cons (-) needs more electric outlets - we only had one reliable one in the room for charging, it is the 21st century here

Pros (+) The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The frig had a small freezer area The large outside courtyard had a lot of seating areas.
Cons (-) The breakfast was not included. The floor of the room was cold cement. The cleaning staff was very noisy and started at 8am. There was only room for one person to sit down in our room. The other had to use the bed.

Pros (+) We had the best time at this hotel. We really loved the bed and the room as well as all the other facilities. The firepit was a definite amazing bonus and we really enjoyed the community feeling at it and met some great people. We are definitely going back next year - with friends and family next time!
