Pros:Great location with fabulous view , but not from ALL windows.Thanks for upgrade !!!.Very halpful staff Dany . We arrived 11 pm and she was able to book for us full day excursion to Torres del Paine.Great view from lobby , restaurant and little library. Available bikes in hotel and very cool waterfront bike line . Expensive beer in pub. Buffet breakfast good but not excellent .
Cons:There os no fridge inside the room.
Cons:They are so rigid with times and procedures. Check in is at 3:00, not 2:50. Lunch orders must be placed by 6:00, not 6:05. They cater to large tour groups traveling by bus and don’t really care about the small independent travelers. There are better more modern options in Puerto Natales.
Pros:From the moment we walked into the lobby, from a howling, winding rain/snow storm, the warm reception we received from both staff and the bell boy was so nice. The rooms were comfortable, with a nice 3rd floor view of the town, and the shower was one of those rainfall shower heads that felt so nice to sit under after a long day of driving. The dinner was out of this world amazing. We opted for the three course meal, with the lamb dish being one of the best meals I have ever had of lamb. Whatever was in that saucy gravy that went on top of the lamb, if I wasn't in public, I would have licked the dish clean it was that good. Breakfast in the morning was also superb. Nice cuts of meat to make sandwiches, along with a great selection of fresh fruit, cereals, fresh juices of which there were five (orange, apple, mango, pear and grapefruit) and some great pastries. All-in-all, for the price we paid per night, there service we got and the food we ate, I would stay here in a heartbeat. Don't miss it if you are traveling to Puerto Natales.
