10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely nice owner will make you feel at home. Good breakfast. Easy and effortless payment options. Place is spotless, clean and cozy. We safely stored our luggage there during our trip to Torres del Paine. Would warmly recommend to anybody. Super warm room (in a good way).

Pros: Cosy common area, super friendly owner, clean interiors and central location. Perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect place to stay before and after the W trek. Pancho is a lovely host and makes you feel welcome and at home as soon as you arrive. It was like staying at home, very warm and friendly. Breakfast was out and ready for all the early risers up to get the bus to TDP, and it was only a 10min walk to the bus station. Around the corner is Base Camp where you can get a delicious pizza. Can’t wait to stay here again and will definitely recommend this place to family and friends if they ever venture to this beautiful part of the world.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I stayed here before doing the W trek in Torres del Paine. I was traveling solo and it was a nice cozy place to call home for two days. Pancho (owner) was super helpful with information and very welcoming. The hostel only fits 10 people, and only one share room, so it's pretty cozy, but definitely not a party hostel if that is what you are looking for.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice hostel for young, actually the best I ever seen ! So clean, so well-decorated ! And staff is really welcoming !
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The host is a very kind and pleasant person with all the guests. On my next trip to Puerto Natales, I will certainly stay at the same place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have travelled in more than 50 countries and this was the best hostel I've ever been. The hostel is beautiful and really clean. The owner was really nice. The breakfast was really good. The mattress was really comfortable. And when I came back from my exhausting 4 days trip in Torres del peine even though the hostel was closed due to the end of the season the owner let me sleep there in a one bed room at a really good price. This was a wonderful experience.Thank you!!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent

Pros: We only stayed at Singular one night but were blown away in every respect. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the uniqueness of the property, and the welcoming and accommodating staff. We loved our room, and enjoyed the other facilities. As for the service, it was easy to see that they made it a priority. They even surprised me with a slice of birthday cake at breakfast, after we casually mentioned the special occasion. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Pros: Fantastic service at breakfast- in addition to usual scrambled eggs, option of eggs and coffee done the way you like it. Very helpful concierge and reception. Pros: Casa Lucy sets the standard for cleanliness and service In Puerto Natales. Stay here with confidence, it is my second year here and as before it is the best stay of the trip
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Proprietor was so friendly and helpful. She stored a few bags we did not need on our W Circuit hike, and when one of our daughter's left her tourist card in her stored bag, the proprietor found it and emailed to our refugio on the hike. Location is close to the bus station and also in good proximity to the town.
7.5 Good
Pros: Seemed a bit expensive but I would recommend this to others
Cons: I could not get a discount for not staying a second night

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lucy is very friendly and accommodating. She gave us good advice for touring around.
7.5 Good
Pros: This is a nice air B&B that is very comfortable, particularly if you’re staying after trekking in the park. There’s a nice breakfast and it’s conveniently located with everything in town within walking distance. Good hot showers and pretty good WiFi.
Cons: Lucy only speaks Spanish which we don’t speak so we weren’t able to get any recommendations on places to go or things to do. No self cooking facilities.
Sheuen Patagonia - Puerto Natales - Building
4
9.3 Excellent (146 reviews)
C$ 86+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Sheuen Patagonia in Puerto Natales, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Plaza de Armas and Museo Histórico. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and refrigerator in a common area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We are so grateful to Hostal Sheuen for accommodating us after our Patagonia hike was cut super short due to flooding in Torres del Paine. We had planned to stay the night before and the night after the hike, but we ended up staying the original night, then coming back two days later and staying for 3 more. They helped us get the same room back at the same rate, let us use the kitchen (we had food we'd purchased for the hike to cook), and provided recommendations for other things we could do in the area since we'd planned our time around the 5-day hike that ended up being only 2. Beyond that, the property is nice - clean bathrooms and rooms, the breakfast was good, and we liked the location. Thank you again!!
Cons: No complaints from us - though it would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the bathroom I suppose!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: sadly we ended up here only for a few hours but they were SUPER helpful in helping us get an early morning (and i mean really 3:00 am) so we could make it to the penguins in Punta Arenas. Our bus from the park was many hours late we only arrived at 1:00 am and they were accommodating and understanding. I wish we could have stayed the night....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect, warm, cozy, great breakfast!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing especially the breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were incredible and extremely helpful. Our Spanish is not great but the guy working the front desk was very enthusiastic and able to communicate excellently using Google Translate. The facilities and common lounge area as well as the room was also very clean and comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brand new, clean, nice staff, great breakfast, good views, central location. Loved our stay here. Highly recommended.
10.0 Excellent

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The place was very clean, breakfast yummy and very helpful staff at reception
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious but what made the stay really special was the staff, particularly Álvaro. He was incredibly helpful, even with things that had nothing to do with our stay in the hotel, and when our plans were unexpectedly changed he helped turn something that could have ruined our trip into a new adventure.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It's like 3star hotel, only there's shared bathroom. Very very clean bathroom... Breakfasts were great.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Perfect hostel if you plan on doing the Torres del Paine hike!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staffs were really really kind.
Cons: The location is a bit away from the center. A bit of walk is needed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Walkable distance to the bus station. Good breakfast and kitchen, fast WiFi. Warm showers with shampoo, conditioner and towel provided. Heating in rooms.
Cons: Good lockable lockers to leave your stuff while hiking in torres but you have to pay $1000clp per day for them even if you stay in the hostel before and after your hike whereas many hostels allow you to store luggage for free.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, clean and nice staff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Midway between the bus terminal and center of town so we can just walk. If we stay closer to town, we would have to take a taxi to get to the bus terminal. Love the sun room and clothe lines to dry clothes.

Pros: amazing and helpful staff
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast (best chocolate cake ever!), rooms and washrooms are cleaned daily, lots of space to socialize and meet people.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. The host, Fabi, was very kind and helpful and speaks good English. The vibe is friendly and relaxed.
Cons: The front patio is comfy but on a noisy street. The back patio is quiet but not as comfortable and is also shared with the smoking area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best hostel on my trip in South America. Clean, very friendly staff and they gave a good advice for the National Park. Rustic style fits 100% to Patagonia and Puerto Natales. Wild Restaurant has really good vibes and they provides super tasty food with local drinks and beer.
7.5 Good
Pros: Bathroom
Cons: No kitchen
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hostel, social buy not in that obtrusive, artificial way. The staff was very kind and helpfull, wifi stable, breakfast great but the best of it all: the beds were close to perfect. For all that reasons I picked that hostel also after the Torres del Paine Tour.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was very convenient, and we loved how fantastic the service was there! They helped with food, local restaurant suggestions, and allowed us to keep our bags there for a few days while we were hiking.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Rude staff and no mention of the hostel closing because of the peak season is over. No eating your own food in the hostel. No kitchen for guest. 30 mins away from the bus terminal. I'd reccomend another hostel if ur doing the W circuit. They charge you if u leave some stuff behind... DAILY... most hostels won't charge u anything
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was phenomenal, best I had in Natales. The girl who works during breakfast time was very nice and helpful too. Good spot, great location, socially was very good as well. Comfortable beds, good showers.
Cons: It's missing some of the things hostel's need. No lockers, no ladders for the top bunks, no kitchen for guests to use.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic homely and cosy hostel in the Centro of Puerto Natales. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to store my bag at the hostel while I trekked the W. I stayed in a private room and it was extremely clean and comfortable with some really nice homely touches such as in room kettle and complimentary tea. The little heater kept the room so cosy, the ensuite was clean, the shower was hot and the bed was very comfy. Everything you want in a room really!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us booking our bus to Torres del Paine Park next day. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. If you are going to do the multi day treks in the park, they can keep your luggage for a fair price.
Cons: Unfortunately we couldn't try the hostel's restaurant since the kitchen closes pretty early (around 10pm).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food was great and staff was friendly!

Pros: Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent location just a block from the main street with all the restaurants, bars etc. Only negative-the breakfast was a bit skimpy with stale rolls and bread.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast with wide selection of quality food. Profesional and helpful staff willing to help with every single request. Good location next to many restaurants and facilities. Very clean hotel.
Cons: The only disadvantage is lack of an elevator in the building as you need to bring your suitcase using stairs.

Pros: Great location, friendly service, nice breakfast. Rooms very clean.
Cons: Quite expensive. Not as homely as the best boutique hotels. Rooms a bit sparse.

Altiplanico Puerto Natales - Puerto Natales - Building

Overview Reviews
Located in Puerto Natales, Altiplanico Puerto Natales is within a 5-minute drive of Costanera and Mirador Cerro Dorotea. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just everything and more than I thought was everything !! This hotel became my new 10. The building has an exclusive design with outstanding architecture. Food is top world class at the restaurant, the staff is super friendly making you feel like family. Breakfast is very good, and if you need something special, just talk to the staff, they will help you with anything if possible. They are always ready to answer any question regarding Puerto Natales, Las Torres del Paine, and Patagonia. If you start talking to them, you will also get cultural, political, and historical information from the region. The view of the lake and the town is very beautiful, especially at sunrise, and can be enjoyed in the rooms or at the restaurant. If you think the hotel is far from town, you can just walk along the coast of the lake while enjoying the amazing landscape, and in no time you are in town. It is a mood changing and recharging place. Washing services are very efficient (clothes are ready the same day) and it is charged by weight, so no need for feeling those long forms with the type of clothes you are sending to wash. This place is a touristic attraction in itself.
Cons: Internet connectivity could be improved. It is intermittent and very poor. However, I did not find it a big deal because the reason we went to the region was precisely to disconnect from the world. So, in the end, it makes us a favor. If you arrive by car, the last 50 meters of the road is in bad conditions, and I think it could be improved.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and help staffs
7.1 Good
Pros: The hot tub is comfortable and relaxing
Cons: The location is far away from downtown, the WiFi is terrible, the staff said it was due to bad weather, but the weather was just a bit cloudy, out of electricity for 2 hours.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and hotel.
Cons: Is a hike to town but you can get cabs or drive if lazy!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic experience. The hotel has a unique design, staff is super friendly and the chef is fantastic. It was a great experience all-around.
Cons: They have to illuminate the entrance to the property. Arriving at night can be very difficult, almost impossible to find how to get there.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: This hotel is outside the town at the end of a mud road with no street light. The landscape design is unique to make sure every room has lake view, which is the only positive point I could find out for it.
Cons: Every other aspect is just disappointing, even terrible. The room is like concrete bunker with shabby furnitures. Just imagine a bed made of cement. What even worse is the hotel has routine cut off power every week, as the hotel told me, which may leave guests trapped in darkness at night for more than a hour. The only explanation the hotel can tell you is they can do nothing about it, not a single flashlight, not even a candle you can find in the room. we have to fight with the reluctant receptionist girl to get one out of three candles on her desk, the only light left in the entire hotel, to finish the shower in dark, TERRIBLE!
6.7 Good
Pros: The construction was original and the views to the Straight of Magellan were great
Cons: Front desk person was not friendly at all...that was our first impression
6.7 Good
Pros: The room looked as cozy as it appeared to be in the pictures. The view out of the window was great- a perfect water view. Location was good- a 5 min drive to town.
Cons: No elevator/lift. Hence, if you have heavy luggage and not assigned the nearest-to-lobby rooms, then you might have some difficulty. Also the water from the shower tap and the sink doesn’t really warm up no matter how long you run the water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great location, beautiful view and very good food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, nice concept about carving rooms into a small hill rather than build above ground. Very good location if you have your own transport, else it's a 20 minute walk to town. Excellent rooms, comfortable beds. Superb bathrooms, probably the best I've seen in Chile so far. Fantastic staff who speak very good English - helpful, friendly, cheerful.
Cons: Nothing as such. Maybe a small grumble about climbing stairs to get anywhere, but then that's the "green concept" of the hotel.
Bories House - Puerto Natales - Building

Overview Reviews

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful breakfast. Could buy dinner there if you wanted and it was delicious. Very comfortable facility with sitting area overlooking snow capped mountains and bay.
Cons: All good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely cosy, comfortable place. Very nice food and gorgeous rooms and living areas
6.7 Good
Pros: Beautiful view. Good bed. Comfortable hang out space.
Cons: Property needs a good scrub. Breakfast full of sweets. Awful WiFi. No English spoken most of time we were there.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Character-filled historic house in gorgeous location, with lovely views from back garden. Very spacious, quiet, and comfortable! Great to come back to after a day of adventure, and also super to hang out there in front of the open fire when the weather was bad. Short drive into town - a bonus to be away from the crowds.
Cons: Kitchen could have been better equipped, cleaning standard was OK but not brilliant, and house could do with better maintenance (lots of small issues - eg knobs falling off things). None of these were major issues though - don't be put off staying here!
7.1 Good
Pros: Location outside of town in Puerto Bories so quiet with nice outlook to mountains and water good breakfast friendly staff
Cons: the majority of staff did not speak English - the person who checked us in told us she did not rooms basic for the price paid house keeping poor we wanted to eat at the restaurant but could not find anybody to give the order before we left on our afternoon tour so dined elsewhere
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They helped make our experience extra special for our honeymoon and it was our favorite place we stayed in the whole trip!
7.9 Good
Cons: You need your own car or taxi to the town . Manager of the hotel was not present much and if you didn’t speak Spanish you would nt be able to communicate with the ladies in the kitchen who were very sweet but didn’t speak or understand any English.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location and views! Excellent breakfast. They even prepared us dinner with minimal notice! Staff were amazing.
Cons: We loved it.
6.7 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfortable as was the living room in the bungalow.
Cons: The little things were missing, especially at this price of $400/night. No paper towels, no hair dryer, no Wi-Fi in the bungalow, no coffee or tea and very very slow in the main house. I was also told they would clean all but the kitchen in the bungalow. I would definitely wash my dishes but didn’t want to have to clean the oven etc.... we also only received one towel for a three day stay. We did not have a bath mat so we had to use a towel to stand on in the bathroom. Thank goodness we found one extra towel!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cristobal and his staff were delightful and helpful and did everything to make our stay pleasurable. We enjoyed a wonderful family Christmas dinner cooked by Regina. She also packed box lunches for us since we left early the next morning.
Cons: It would have been nice to have access to the kitchen for beverages and snacks.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved Remota. Amazing experience, very clean and warm atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast and spa. Will come back soon :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: room 36 was according our specific requests, in-house restaurant offers outstanding quality food, pool and spa outside of the structure are fine, breakfast ok, surroundings are magnificent, beds too.
Cons: to become a real 5-star hotel it still lacks a bit of flexibility and can-do attitude concerning timetables and requests from customers that need to feel welcomed and not like they are intruding habits and rules impossible to break
5.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly attentive staff, restaurant on site was luxurious and also kid friendly. Nice Chilean breakfast buffet.
Cons: Several rooms had tijereta bugs (earwigs).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the facilities were wonderful, especially the restaurant. All of our meals were outstanding with a world class view. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating and hospitable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Great value. Didn't take advantage of any of the programs but looks like they had a lot of options.
Cons: So far from Torres DEl Paine. Wish this hotel was built closer to the park.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing, beautiful hotel, friendly staff
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cool design, great views and great drinks
Cons: It’s about a 30 minute walk into town - which isn’t terrible at all but good to be aware of
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great buffet breakfast! Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Large spaces to chill. Spa and the fact we had it mostly to ourselves for 3 days!
Cons: Sometimes the jacuzzi wasn’t warm enough. But everything else was perfect.
6.2 Good
Pros: Very interesting architecture that tries to connect the guest with the spirit/experience of Patagonia - brings the outside in. Staff at front desk and in the restaurant went over the top in trying to make us happy and comfortable.
Cons: Sometimes architecture that is interesting doesn't create spaces that are comfortable to inhabit. That was the case here. Especially with the hotel not full, the public spaces felt cavernous and eerily quiet. The furniture was cool looking but not very comfortable. And the materials in the room ended up making it look unfinished instead of modern/raw/cool. If you're looking architectural interest, this place has it. If you're looking for comfortable and cozy, this may not be for you.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The views are amazing and so is the spa area and outdoor hot tub. Remota is a little out of town but it adds to the feel of the place! Breakfast is amazing and if you go half board dinner is too... what no one told us that drinks by the glass are included so that’s an FYI for anyone going in future :-). Oh also there’s a whole upstairs chill zone that I don’t think many guests know about and you can actually the roof with cocktail in hand for stunning views! I’d definitely stay here again .. we’ve stayed in a few hotels in Puerto Natales and this was by far the best!
Cons: It would have been nice to know drinks were included so we didn’t purchase a bottle at dinner but we didn’t think to ask :-). Also the rooms were very very warm at night so even though the bed was like a cloud it was a little warm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location, architecture, light and decoration of the hotel. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: A couple of suggestions to improve: coffee and scrambled eggs offered at breakfast. I would also prefer bar soap instead if liquid soap.

Pros: The staff were fantastically helpful to help us organize our tours and even gave us a free lift one night into town as it’s a 20-25 mins walk. Food was superb and the free welcome drink was much appreciated. Value for money and a lovely breakfast too. Not to mention the beds are super comfy!
Cons: The WiFi was poor but in their defence we were well warned in advance of this due to the hotel location. Just go there and relax and disengage and you’ll surely not be disappointed!

Cons: Breakfast could be better.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great food, comfortable beds, great staff, good location and amazing views. The decoration of the hotel was cozy and warm. Very unique and super clean!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a room with fjord views, it was amazing. I like that they have free wifi in our room, I initially thought that the wifi is only for the common areas. The place is very cozy. You can walk to town in 20 minutes, or the front desk can call a taxi for you (we paid a flat rate of CLP2,000 each time we take the taxi). I like that tour companies pick-up from this hotel. We booked two rooms and Weskar gave us two rooms that are beside each other.
Cons: Food in the restaurant is very limited. Breakfast is ok, but the same everyday, and it gets tiring eating the same stuff for 3 days. Hot tub is not working during our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Price, staff, facilities and food are just too good.
Cons: Room #30 (left-end wall) was too noisy because of the wind. We we’re there on winter time, so it might be one of the reasons.

7.9 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly.
Cons: Accommodations were basic but fine. As expected for the money. Didn't like the bathroom fan came on with the light.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and cosy, the bed was super comfortable, the staff was super polite, the water was hot.
Cons: No wi-fi at all! This is the main reason of my poor rating for this hotel. We needed wi-fi to make our further plans, book a hotel, check the weather, answer emails, etc. We planned to stay here for 3 nights but had to move to another hotel after one night because there was no wi-fi. A kettle in a room or cooler on the floor would be nice.

Cons: nothing

Pros: It’s a cosy, family-run accommodation that I strongly recommend to book. It’s 10min from bus station and 10 min from the mail street. It was warm, clean and overall extremely good value for money. The owner is very attentive and they ever prepare us breakfast earlier than they normally do, because of our check out time. We were very pleased to stay in Kaluve Patagonia.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed n a few different hostels in El Chalten and found this one to be the best. They have a 24 hour cafe, so you can eat even if you are starting your trek at 4am! They are catered completely towards trekkers and make it so easy for you. the staff are amazing, especially Ari. They have a passion for their town and sharing it with other travellers. They help you with routes, weather, and have daily advice on what to expect from your trek. I would not go anywhere else in El Chalten, Their passion for people who like trekking is unsurpassed,
Cons: Could have been a little quieter, I think the staff needs to make sure that guests don't make too much noise in the hallways.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner, Rodrigo, is a lovely chap who went out of his way to help. We stayed at Keoken for one night en route to the W, and Rodrigo looked after our belongings for the duration of our trek. We were on our honeymoon and he even gifted us a lovely bottle of bubbles to help us celebrate! The breakfast was outstanding and all in all we would’ve loved to stay here for more than just one night. Many nice bars and restaurants close by.
Cons: Keoken is in a great part of town, near the water and nice bars/restaurants, and everything is walking distance, but if you have a few large bags you’ll need to take a taxi (fixed price, cash only) from the bus terminal.
7.1 Good
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Location was convenient.
Cons: The owner was not aware of our booking despite us booking 7 weeks in advance and having a confirmation email from the hotel about our booking.
