Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabuous setting, views, staff and restaurant. Very unique property. One of those places where the pictures don’t do it justice.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We only stayed at Singular one night but were blown away in every respect. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the uniqueness of the property, and the welcoming and accommodating staff. We loved our room, and enjoyed the other facilities. As for the service, it was easy to see that they made it a priority. They even surprised me with a slice of birthday cake at breakfast, after we casually mentioned the special occasion. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was special! A very confortable hotel at a beautiful landscape. Staff was attentive and professional. Restaurant serves very good food and wine. Easy access to Torres del Paine and Puerto Natales.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Absolutely everything is beautiful, it's ridiculously nice and unique hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Outstanding Hotel throughout!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Is awesome, just perfect luxury.
Cons: The heating was too high. But that is a minimum detail in the middle of a superb hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: One of the best hotel experiences of my life. Amazing staff. Beautiful and clean hotel with a ton of history. It’s almost like a beautiful hotel built within a museum.
Cons: The hallways were a bit chilly but that’s literally it. Everything was perfect.
Excellent 9.6
Cons: Wi-Fi really bad
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic service at breakfast- in addition to usual scrambled eggs, option of eggs and coffee done the way you like it. Very helpful concierge and reception. We were a day early due to bad weather at TdP, but they allowed us to bring forward our reservation with no fuss and helped us with various activities around the area.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Soooo nice staff and breakfast. Nice room. Clean every day. Worth it.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great stay! Owner very helpful and English a plus.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Just on the edge of the down town/tourist area. Lots of good restaurants and shops were very close by. A short walk to the waterfront.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very charming, comfortable and clean b&b. Coffee shop across the street and all the shops within a 2 min walk. Vernor, the owner, was incredibly helpful when our bags didn’t show up which were needed for our patagonia backpacking. He set us up with top quality rental backpacking gear and got us out the door in time to not miss out on our trip. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back one day as well.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: We stayed twice either end of the ‘W’ walk. Host very kindly let us leave the bags we didn’t need for the trip. Great breakfast served from 6:00am so can get away in time for 7:00am bus to start of trek. Central location on a quiet road few mins from nice bars & restaurants. 15-20 mins from bus station.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic and the owner very helpful.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Best hostel on my trip in South America. Clean, very friendly staff and they gave a good advice for the National Park. Rustic style fits 100% to Patagonia and Puerto Natales. Wild Restaurant has really good vibes and they provides super tasty food with local drinks and beer.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Every little detail is well thought out, the two owners love what they are doing and you can really feel that. You feel welcomed every moment. My recommendation: when you are in Puerto Natales, stay at this hostel and try the delicious Wild Burger + Beer Combination! Thank you Jari & Damaris :)
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very nice hostel, social buy not in that obtrusive, artificial way. The staff was very kind and helpfull, wifi stable, breakfast great but the best of it all: the beds were close to perfect. For all that reasons I picked that hostel also after the Torres del Paine Tour.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The stuff is super friendly and the food is so delicious!! Strongly recommend the Burger!
Cons: Everything was perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hostel! The place has a really fun vibe and the staff are excellent. The burgers are great too. Was only there for a night after the W, but wish I'd stayed there before too! They offer cheap bag storage and can help you out with trekking logistics. The hostel dog is super cute and friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was very convenient, and we loved how fantastic the service was there! They helped with food, local restaurant suggestions, and allowed us to keep our bags there for a few days while we were hiking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff friendly and accommodating, rooms cozy and comfortable, bathrooms clean. An enjoyable experience, would stay again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was sooo friendly. They helped me pick out a tour and booked it for me, which was amazing (I did the bus tour). This hostel is also so cozy that I instantly felt at home.
Mediocre 2.5
Cons: Rude staff and no mention of the hostel closing because of the peak season is over. No eating your own food in the hostel. No kitchen for guest. 30 mins away from the bus terminal. I'd reccomend another hostel if ur doing the W circuit. They charge you if u leave some stuff behind... DAILY... most hostels won't charge u anything
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The breakfast was phenomenal, best I had in Natales. The girl who works during breakfast time was very nice and helpful too. Good spot, great location, socially was very good as well. Comfortable beds, good showers.
Cons: It's missing some of the things hostel's need. No lockers, no ladders for the top bunks, no kitchen for guests to use.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent location just a block from the main street with all the restaurants, bars etc. Only negative-the breakfast was a bit skimpy with stale rolls and bread.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Excellent breakfast with wide selection of quality food. Profesional and helpful staff willing to help with every single request. Good location next to many restaurants and facilities. Very clean hotel.
Cons: The only disadvantage is lack of an elevator in the building as you need to bring your suitcase using stairs.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Great location, friendly service, nice breakfast. Rooms very clean.
Cons: Quite expensive. Not as homely as the best boutique hotels. Rooms a bit sparse.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Breakfast was the best of anywhere on our trip and a great selection. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Staff very friendly.
Cons: No elevator but the stairs were doable with luggage.
Excellent 10.0

Cons: We liked everything!
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 9.0
Pros: excellent breakfast and dinner. staff is so nice to help out. room is clean and warm.
Cons: it would be better if the hotel has shuttle bus service from bus station to the hotel.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: A really unique place to stay. There is no way you can tell from the outside. We had a great experience and loved every little detail.
Cons: A sauna would be great.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great staff and hotel.
Cons: Is a hike to town but you can get cabs or drive if lazy!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Best hot tub ever-if willing to endure driving snow and wind
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I have wanted to stay here since I first visited Chile 3 years ago and it exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was so pleasant, warm, and kind. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely incredible and I still crave the chupe de centolla we had for dinner and the salami & cheese, fresh bread, strudels, fruit and coffee for breakfast! The design and comfort of the entire hotel and facilities were magnificent. This may have been the best stay I have experienced to date! Lovely place!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic experience. The hotel has a unique design, staff is super friendly and the chef is fantastic. It was a great experience all-around.
Cons: They have to illuminate the entrance to the property. Arriving at night can be very difficult, almost impossible to find how to get there.
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: This hotel is outside the town at the end of a mud road with no street light. The landscape design is unique to make sure every room has lake view, which is the only positive point I could find out for it.
Cons: Every other aspect is just disappointing, even terrible. The room is like concrete bunker with shabby furnitures. Just imagine a bed made of cement. What even worse is the hotel has routine cut off power every week, as the hotel told me, which may leave guests trapped in darkness at night for more than a hour. The only explanation the hotel can tell you is they can do nothing about it, not a single flashlight, not even a candle you can find in the room. we have to fight with the reluctant receptionist girl to get one out of three candles on her desk, the only light left in the entire hotel, to finish the shower in dark, TERRIBLE!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything !!!
Cons: I have to leave
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautiful design - feels very patagonian. The view from the room is stunning and they even have little hot tubs that you can book for free also overlooking the water. The Staff at the reception was super nice, caring and helpful with booking tours and any other question we had. My girlfriend got sick during our stay and they helped with tea and were very attentive.
Cons: The first night we had dinner at the restaurant and the electricity went out. The restaurant staff was very clumsy about it. We waited for 50 minutes for our food (after asking twice if the kitchen works) and when they brought it, we couldn't really see anything of the food. We ate with our phone-lights on. In addition they forgot our starter.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely hotel, nice concept about carving rooms into a small hill rather than build above ground. Very good location if you have your own transport, else it's a 20 minute walk to town. Excellent rooms, comfortable beds. Superb bathrooms, probably the best I've seen in Chile so far. Fantastic staff who speak very good English - helpful, friendly, cheerful.
Cons: Nothing as such. Maybe a small grumble about climbing stairs to get anywhere, but then that's the "green concept" of the hotel.

Pros: It's a great hostal, the staff are friendly and helpful. The place has a great feel and they provide a good breakfast and nice food from their cafe. When l come back this is where l will stay.
Cons: It's a hostal charging hotel prices. It's the cornered market thing and expect it to be the same throughout Puerto Natales. Just remember it's a hostal, your expectation will adapt and you will enjoy your stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly staff, the room was homey and the heater kept us warm. Really nice baked goods came with breakfast and a short walk from downtown.
Cons: Nothing really. You pay a bit more here but we felt it was well worth it.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The bathroom wasn’t very convenient and needed to be refurbished.
Cons: I liked everything else. Great location, lovely common areas. Staff super nice and helpful. Big windows in room with view of street. (I was in 2nd floor room).
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great location, good breakfast and wonderful staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Private room had bathroom, heating and comfortable bed. There is also an he best cafe in the hostel with amazing food.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Multiple wood stoves, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and fantastic location. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It felt like home and it was beautifully curated.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: I have stayed n a few different hostels in El Chalten and found this one to be the best. They have a 24 hour cafe, so you can eat even if you are starting your trek at 4am! They are catered completely towards trekkers and make it so easy for you. the staff are amazing, especially Ari. They have a passion for their town and sharing it with other travellers. They help you with routes, weather, and have daily advice on what to expect from your trek. I would not go anywhere else in El Chalten, Their passion for people who like trekking is unsurpassed,
Cons: Could have been a little quieter, I think the staff needs to make sure that guests don't make too much noise in the hallways.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely place with the warmest staff... though we stayed only a night before our trek, they were sweet enough to pack us a cute little bfast bag as we had to leave at 6 . And the best part , I forgot my phone and Ev'an was kind enough to keep it safe for me for 6 days till we returned from our trek... All in all most recommended.... P.s - don't miss the sunset right behind the hostel...ammmmaaaziing

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful breakfast. Could buy dinner there if you wanted and it was delicious. Very comfortable facility with sitting area overlooking snow capped mountains and bay.
Cons: All good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely cosy, comfortable place. Very nice food and gorgeous rooms and living areas
Good 6.7
Pros: Beautiful view. Good bed. Comfortable hang out space.
Cons: Property needs a good scrub. Breakfast full of sweets. Awful WiFi. No English spoken most of time we were there.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Character-filled historic house in gorgeous location, with lovely views from back garden. Very spacious, quiet, and comfortable! Great to come back to after a day of adventure, and also super to hang out there in front of the open fire when the weather was bad. Short drive into town - a bonus to be away from the crowds.
Cons: Kitchen could have been better equipped, cleaning standard was OK but not brilliant, and house could do with better maintenance (lots of small issues - eg knobs falling off things). None of these were major issues though - don't be put off staying here!
Good 7.1
Pros: Location outside of town in Puerto Bories so quiet with nice outlook to mountains and water good breakfast friendly staff
Cons: the majority of staff did not speak English - the person who checked us in told us she did not rooms basic for the price paid house keeping poor we wanted to eat at the restaurant but could not find anybody to give the order before we left on our afternoon tour so dined elsewhere
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They helped make our experience extra special for our honeymoon and it was our favorite place we stayed in the whole trip!
Good 7.9
Cons: You need your own car or taxi to the town . Manager of the hotel was not present much and if you didn’t speak Spanish you would nt be able to communicate with the ladies in the kitchen who were very sweet but didn’t speak or understand any English.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful location and views! Excellent breakfast. They even prepared us dinner with minimal notice! Staff were amazing.
Cons: We loved it.
Good 6.7
Pros: The beds were very comfortable as was the living room in the bungalow.
Cons: The little things were missing, especially at this price of $400/night. No paper towels, no hair dryer, no Wi-Fi in the bungalow, no coffee or tea and very very slow in the main house. I was also told they would clean all but the kitchen in the bungalow. I would definitely wash my dishes but didn’t want to have to clean the oven etc.... we also only received one towel for a three day stay. We did not have a bath mat so we had to use a towel to stand on in the bathroom. Thank goodness we found one extra towel!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cristobal and his staff were delightful and helpful and did everything to make our stay pleasurable. We enjoyed a wonderful family Christmas dinner cooked by Regina. She also packed box lunches for us since we left early the next morning.
Cons: It would have been nice to have access to the kitchen for beverages and snacks.

Pros: We loved Remota. Amazing experience, very clean and warm atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast and spa. Will come back soon :)
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff was nice and there was a designated parking space. The indoor pool was also nice.
Cons: The rooms are quite cold and uninviting. We might have been the only ones there so it felt very empty and unwelcoming.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome hotel!!!!, beautiful views and great staff!!!
Cons: Only down side, bar and music should be open after 10p
Excellent 8.8
Pros: room 36 was according our specific requests, in-house restaurant offers outstanding quality food, pool and spa outside of the structure are fine, breakfast ok, surroundings are magnificent, beds too.
Cons: to become a real 5-star hotel it still lacks a bit of flexibility and can-do attitude concerning timetables and requests from customers that need to feel welcomed and not like they are intruding habits and rules impossible to break
Okay 5.8
Pros: Friendly attentive staff, restaurant on site was luxurious and also kid friendly. Nice Chilean breakfast buffet.
Cons: Several rooms had tijereta bugs (earwigs).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All the facilities were wonderful, especially the restaurant. All of our meals were outstanding with a world class view. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating and hospitable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Great value. Didn't take advantage of any of the programs but looks like they had a lot of options.
Cons: So far from Torres DEl Paine. Wish this hotel was built closer to the park.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was amazing, beautiful hotel, friendly staff
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Cool design, great views and great drinks
Cons: It’s about a 30 minute walk into town - which isn’t terrible at all but good to be aware of
Good 6.2
Pros: Very interesting architecture that tries to connect the guest with the spirit/experience of Patagonia - brings the outside in. Staff at front desk and in the restaurant went over the top in trying to make us happy and comfortable.
Cons: Sometimes architecture that is interesting doesn't create spaces that are comfortable to inhabit. That was the case here. Especially with the hotel not full, the public spaces felt cavernous and eerily quiet. The furniture was cool looking but not very comfortable. And the materials in the room ended up making it look unfinished instead of modern/raw/cool. If you're looking architectural interest, this place has it. If you're looking for comfortable and cozy, this may not be for you.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: For the price, everything... they should be at a much higher price point, but possibly location is their only minor weak point.
Cons: Location - albeit this really is a personal issue. Drove a lot before getting there - 4 hr round trip to Torres Del Paine was a bit too much for me to handle after 2500 miles driving beforehand. It was an incredibly good hotel, though. Doubt any of those in TDP could compete.

Pros: Wonderful vue on the Lake ans town center of Puertos Natales and montain on the back.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: nice and helpful stuff, the room was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view, highly recommended
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff were fantastically helpful to help us organize our tours and even gave us a free lift one night into town as it’s a 20-25 mins walk. Food was superb and the free welcome drink was much appreciated. Value for money and a lovely breakfast too. Not to mention the beds are super comfy!
Cons: The WiFi was poor but in their defence we were well warned in advance of this due to the hotel location. Just go there and relax and disengage and you’ll surely not be disappointed!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent view, nice facilities
Cons: Room was too hot
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice view from the room and the dining area.
Cons: The Wi-Fi was not good in both the room and the lobby.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great food, comfortable beds, great staff, good location and amazing views. The decoration of the hotel was cozy and warm. Very unique and super clean!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: We stayed in a room with fjord views, it was amazing. I like that they have free wifi in our room, I initially thought that the wifi is only for the common areas. The place is very cozy. You can walk to town in 20 minutes, or the front desk can call a taxi for you (we paid a flat rate of CLP2,000 each time we take the taxi). I like that tour companies pick-up from this hotel. We booked two rooms and Weskar gave us two rooms that are beside each other.
Cons: Food in the restaurant is very limited. Breakfast is ok, but the same everyday, and it gets tiring eating the same stuff for 3 days. Hot tub is not working during our stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Price, staff, facilities and food are just too good.
Cons: Room #30 (left-end wall) was too noisy because of the wind. We we’re there on winter time, so it might be one of the reasons.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Weskar lodge is only a 2 minute drive from town. We loved it. The view was beautiful, the atmosphere of the common area/restaurant/bar/rooms and hallways were delightful. It felt like we were at an upscale ski chalet. The art and decorations added to the cozy and unique vibe. The room was super cozy with a large view of the water! We loved the waterfall shower. The breakfast buffet was amazing! We were thoroughly impressed with the selection. We were given a welcome drink upon arrival as well which was a nice touch. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. It would be a great place for friends, families or solo travellers. We had rented a car as well and they had plenty of parking.
Cons: Not really the lodges fault but when we stayed (September) it was quite windy...we had a sea view room And the wind was howling and kept us up for one of the nights. Otherwise we LOVED Weskar!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Great view from the rooms
Cons: Nothing

Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a great time at Kau lodge! The views from the rooms are absolutely amazing, and it has a great location for walking around and is just a few blocks from the main plaza. The staff there were so kind and helpful. I think the best example was how they were able to set up a tour guide for a hike to the Torres the night before we wanted to go. Also, the breakfast is great and the coffee is wonderful. One of our favorite spots on our trip! Highly recommend.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The desigh of the hotel...the cakes...the food..
Cons: There is no open window in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic views over the sea/fjords Rooms are nicely fitted and comfortable Lovely breakfast Cafe downstairs is a great place to chill out in Great staff
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Very nice concept and it’s by Pedro Montt so views are beautiful
Excellent 9.2
Pros: * Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful, I really appreciated it. Definitely made an impression. * Room offers a stunning view of the lake and mountains. * Courtesy alfajor when we arrived - it was delicious.
Cons: * It would be great if the rooms had an electric kettle and a chair! * Could be noisy at times.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Located right at the Sound of the Last Hope the Kau Lodge is modern, stylish, and cozy at the same time. Staff ist super friendly and helpful. Coffee is great, so is the breakfast buffet. - But hey, the best thing of course is the view!
Cons: The toilet flush in the room didn't work so well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Kau is an amazing little place right on the water in Puerto Natales. After 30 hrs of flying and bussing from San Francisco, the friendly staff and comfort of our small room were exactly what we needed. We woke to a beautiful view of the water and mountains and when we went downstairs for breakfast, a home cooked meal of fresh bread, eggs, yogurt, and coffee was ready for us. Can't say enough good things about the Kau!
Cons: Rooms are definitely small, so be prepared for that. But most rooms in Puerto Natales are small. Kau is small and nicely done- comfy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was the standard continental breakfast you find in most hotels in the area. But both days we stayed, we needed to leave prior to their breakfast times and they accommodated our schedule. Friendly staff, warm and comforting rooms and community space. Definitely would recommend.

Pros: Outstanding staff, always helpful and in a good mood. Great bed, great view of the lake, snowy mountains at the horizon and sunsets. The location is also great, near from the central square were is all the good restaurants, stores, bank and stuff. There is no TV in the room( just a heads up), but nothing that bothers once you might not spend a lot of time inside the room, specially if you go for the visits and trekkings in the Torres del Paine national park
Cons: There is no minibar and private safe in the room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Kau Lodge. Comfy beds and great views across the water. Great place to set off into the Torres Del Paines national park each day. They even supplied vegan options for breakfast.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The breakfast was great. Especially the staff at Kau lodge is worth mentioning. The went out of there way several times for our needs.

Pros: Charming generous hosts who couldn’t have done more for us. Quiet location but near the restaurants and shops.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: We were made to feel very welcome. It is a cosy B and B and the hosts were very friendly. Good breakfast. It is centrally located a block from the sea. Street parking outside is relatively easy and free.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rodrigo was the best host ever! He arranged our bus tickets to the national park, stored our luggage, and cooked us a delicious breakfast. After our5 days on the W trek we were happy to be welcomed back by him. Will stay again when we come back for the O Trek!
Okay 5.0
Pros: The property owner is very kind. He would help all matters concerned to my trip. I forgot my rain jacjet at his recommeneded restaurant, he kindly assisted me to get to the restaurant to get my jacket back Thanks.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Nice B&B, centrally located in Puerto Natales. Helpful owner. A bit cold in the morning but still ok. Perfect for a stopover on the way to Torres del Paine
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful host.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything, an amazing helpful host and awesome location
Cons: Can’t think of anything except maybe that the entrance key was a bit dodgy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rodriguez and Gloria really looked after us with excellent suggestions for restaurants and information about the area. They were friendly and we felt very at home there
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The owner, Rodrigo, is a lovely chap who went out of his way to help. We stayed at Keoken for one night en route to the W, and Rodrigo looked after our belongings for the duration of our trek. We were on our honeymoon and he even gifted us a lovely bottle of bubbles to help us celebrate! The breakfast was outstanding and all in all we would’ve loved to stay here for more than just one night. Many nice bars and restaurants close by.
Cons: Keoken is in a great part of town, near the water and nice bars/restaurants, and everything is walking distance, but if you have a few large bags you’ll need to take a taxi (fixed price, cash only) from the bus terminal.
Good 7.1
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Location was convenient.
Cons: The owner was not aware of our booking despite us booking 7 weeks in advance and having a confirmation email from the hotel about our booking.

Pros: Very nice rooms, beds super-comfy friendly stuff, take your longboard/skateboard there in a skate bowl next to hotel :)
Cons: Sauna - sorry but only 50 deg C in SAUNA?? i checked 2 days in the row, so sauna is a joke there... In the "SPA" area there was nobody to just explain ... you switch on the jacuzzi by yourself, it was cold there ( September ), the "SPA" is nice looking , just a touch of interest from the staff is missing. They knew I am going up there, but - no interest. I think they should have at least one longboard/skateboard for guests interested in riding the skate-bowl nearby :)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were all very friendly and helpful And extremely accommodating -- especially, Rosario at the front desk. She helped us find and book adventures that were perfect for us, including arranging a private guide to take us on a trek to Base Torres, allowing us to spend some time away from the other tourists. The view from our room was beautiful and the hotel itself was very unique. The location is great- walking distance to the town and many great restaurants. Highly recommend staying at the Hotel Indigo!
Cons: I wish the roof top hot tub was working when we were there. Otherwise, all was great.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: it is really a nice hotel, and the most comfortable one I have ever been!my room was in the first floor, have great view of the port, and the bed was soft and warm,I like the design with wood element, really nature and comfortable. the staffs were nice, help me a lot ,by the way,the food was so so nice,I tried the soup, the beef and the cheese cake, all of them are perfect!anyway,I am appreciate to stay here and enjoyed a lot!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome stay! The staff was great and helpful. The rooms are very modern and well-equipped. The location ist great to get to everything that’s necessary. Would definitely recommend it.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The hotel is very clean, rooms have an extraordinary view over the ocean and the mountains. Forniture is modern and rustic at the same time. The staff is very welcoming, they have helped us with advices , always available for any issues. Breakfast great as well. One day when we had to leave the hotel before the breakfast they have prepared us take-away goodies bag.
Cons: The Spa was too cold, unfortunately. This for sure has to do with the fact that we have traveled to Patagonia during winter time.
Good 6.3
Pros: Spa was closed for long term maintenance for both our visits and nobody told us - found out it’s closed for winter - poor show
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Lovely spa facilities and good location. Lovely boutique hotel!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view from the room was spectacular. Warm and hospitable atmosphere with friendly staff.
Cons: Can't really comment on the facilities as we didn't have much time to really experience the hotel however if I was to make and educated guess based on our overall experience I'd guess they were just as good as everything else.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything except the restaurant for dinner
Cons: The restaurant need to modernise their menu and upgrade quality

Pros: Staff were very friendly, well informed and always ready to assist. They provided good advice on restaurants and tours.
Good 7.9
Pros: Nice beds...very clean...good location and breakfast
Cons: I stayed three nights at the hotel. I got a hot shower only once out of the three showers i got. I think that is not acceptable in relation to the fares. I understand that at some poin there is an exccess of demand for showers...however they should warn guests of that or take the measures in order to solve it.
Good 7.1
Pros: Breakfast available before 6AM
Cons: Small room and bathroom. could hear noise of every room being closed or opened
Excellent 9.2
Pros: It was clean and quiet with a good breakfast. The staff was helpful and it was in a wonderful location.
Cons: The only negative was that the staff member who helped us check in seemed to think we had loads of money since the only restaurants he recommended were very pricey. We found our own easily since there were many in the neighborhood.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, good food and delicious cake in the cafe Very good service provided (early bird breakfast and luggage storage for several days)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, helpful staff and clean rooms with good breakfast.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Three of the four clerks were wonderful and helpful.
Cons: There could be more coat hangers or hooks.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: They had private parking.
Good 6.3
Pros: Breakfast and location were the best things. Lobby looked nice.
Cons: Found that check-in took unnecessarily long. Windows were leaky in wind, bathroom shower had an excess of hair in it still from past users.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great location with fabulous view , but not from ALL windows. Thanks for upgrade !!!.Very halpful staff Dany . We arrived 11 pm and she was able to book for us full day excursion to Torres del Paine.Great view from lobby , restaurant and little library. Available bikes in hotel and very cool waterfront bike line . Expensive beer in pub. Buffet breakfast good but not excellent .
Cons: There os no fridge inside the room.
Good 7.5
Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: Staff was ignorant. Gave us wrong information about trips. Rebooked our trip to a much less expensive trip and didn’t return the difference. Don’t book trips through the hotel.
Mediocre 2.5
Pros: Really nice hotel with rude and arrogant staff!
Cons: Nice Hotel with strange and rude personell You don‘t feel welcomed, they treat you like they have better things to do. Especially the stupid „barkeeper“. They have a really nice bar area/ hang out area with nice music. But this guy watches youtube videos on full volume during the 3 days I stayed there and feels very distracted when you want to order somethings and lets you feel it. Like a teenager actually. You can‘t even enjoy you coffee or whatever because you have this constant action video noise in the backround. What is he doing there? The staff doen‘t know anything about the national park (!!) besides offering you tours with agencies. They don‘t greet you when you come in or go out. It feels like they don‘t want to have to do anything with you.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great service, beautiful views
Cons: Slightly too hot in rooms
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The service was excellent!! The room was very clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely!
Cons: There was no tea/coffee facilities available (kettle with cups and teaspoons). Also a writing pad with a pen would be useful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment we walked into the lobby, from a howling, winding rain/snow storm, the warm reception we received from both staff and the bell boy was so nice. The rooms were comfortable, with a nice 3rd floor view of the town, and the shower was one of those rainfall shower heads that felt so nice to sit under after a long day of driving. The dinner was out of this world amazing. We opted for the three course meal, with the lamb dish being one of the best meals I have ever had of lamb. Whatever was in that saucy gravy that went on top of the lamb, if I wasn't in public, I would have licked the dish clean it was that good. Breakfast in the morning was also superb. Nice cuts of meat to make sandwiches, along with a great selection of fresh fruit, cereals, fresh juices of which there were five (orange, apple, mango, pear and grapefruit) and some great pastries. All-in-all, for the price we paid per night, there service we got and the food we ate, I would stay here in a heartbeat. Don't miss it if you are traveling to Puerto Natales.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Perfect location right on the water and close to all the best eating.
Cons: Construction going on out the front and in the hotel at the time of our stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when our plans changed.
Okay 5.7
Cons: They are so rigid with times and procedures. Check in is at 3:00, not 2:50. Lunch orders must be placed by 6:00, not 6:05. They cater to large tour groups traveling by bus and don’t really care about the small independent travelers. There are better more modern options in Puerto Natales.
