Good location and friendly staff, clean rooms.
Open clean good location
The hotel was great although its very obvious they have spent money on the ground floor of the hotel, the entrance, bar and restaurant area. The rooms are sparse and basic but perfectly amenable. Very good shower nice and powerful. The breakfast was plentiful, the bar was great and the bar food was delicious.
The rooms: if a tiny bit of extra money was spent on the decor in there it would really lift the place.
We drove back from Torres Del Paine and stayed here for one night before our flight back to Santiago the next day. It is very conveniently located (right in front of Plaza Armas). There were not a lot of cars, so we could park right in front of the hotel, but they said that they also have an overflow parking lot nearby. The street with all the restaurants (Bernardo O'Higgins) and the street with all the shopping (Carlos Bories) as well as the waterfront are all within very easy walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel is quite good. We had dinner as well as breakfast (included) there.
There was some street noise (the hotel is right on the plaza), but it quieted down after 8 pm or so.
Very nicely designed common spaces
Slightly outdated rooms, didn’t have a mini bar inside, slippers and a bathrobe would have been nice too
